She told me it would be like 5-7 day turn around and I explained to her that it was an urgent matter because the doctor saw something in the photo of her eyes and was looking up sickle cell and that I had a doctor's appointment the following day, so I needed the records. Even after I explained the urgency she said there were people in front of me also requesting records. Later that day she emailed me stating it would be $25 for the notes from that visit. I wasn't requesting complete records I just needed the notes from that visit so I could provide the doctor with the notes. I definitely will not be going back. This is highly unprofessional.
