When someone finally approached me, there was still no greeting--just "Can I help you?" said in a very curt tone. I explained that I only needed to replace some lenses. She immediately asked if I had a prescription and, even after I told her it was just for reading, she insisted--very rudely--that I still needed one. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly, as if I were inconveniencing them. I ended the conversation by saying, "Okay, thanks, bye," because there was no reason to waste any more time there. Customer service was completely lacking. A simple greeting and a respectful tone go a long way, but unfortunately, this place had neither. I'd rather spend my money somewhere like CVS, where you can purchase reading lenses without needing a prescription.

No…read moreclear signage of where to check in and you could stand in front of an employees desk for 10 minutes and not be acknowledged. No seating for patients waiting. The only seats are at the glass cases for glasses, where techs are assisting hoards of people and their guests with choosing glasses and chatting. This also doubles as the check in area, and again, you will not be acknowledged unless you elbow your way to stand in front of an employee and ask to check in. Once you manage to do this, you will be asked to wait to be called. Where do you wait? Anywhere, as advised. By the way, it is first come first served, no matter your appointment time, if someone else manages to check in first they will be seen before you. The three initial tests are right next to the glasses cases and hoards of people, so you can expect to be back to back with people and children seated, getting bumped by them AND people trying to walk through. Never mind that you have to move between three machines, there is no room to move your chair so you have to hunch over the chairs to move around. Once you get that over with, you once again wait anywhere for the doctor to call you and then you will finally be in a private 1 on 1 room. Terrible experience.

The owner Mouawad Guy Oaa Abo Ncle, whom when I purchased my 1st n 2nd pair of glasses was so nice and helpful; turned into a monster and was out of control getting in my face yelling at me while his food and saliva were coming out of his mouth. He was irate saying I broke my glasses on purpose and started throwing his own frames on display against the wall, and picked one frame, and said, see even then it didn't break. Oh my gosh he was screaming Liar, Liar to me at the top of his lungs. So he said he's not fixing them. He was the epitome of Dr Jekyll n Mr. Hyde. You never know people! I had a HORRIBLE N TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE bc my glasses were broken. He should NOT be in business dealing with the public.
