Every appointment I've ever had at an optometrist felt like I was at a "vision mill" where they just check your prescription and try to get you out of the clinic as fast as possible to see the next patient. Dr Pierce took the time to break down the results of all of my test results in depth; perhaps since I'm an aspiring PA he could tell my nerdy passion for anatomy and went in greater depth because he noticed I appreciated it, but even still that's just the sign of an excellent provider! I never felt rushed during my appointment and he answered all of my questions about how to improve my dry eyes and even gave me regimen advice for hot compress as well as eye drop and eye health supplementation suggestions. They are awesome at figuring out all the nitty-gritty insurance details so I can just get my glass/contacts/whatever and go. It's a small office with a nice homey and small office feel. They have a couple of doctors and I've seen them both. The service both doctors provide is outstanding and they work closely with each other so I've never felt the need to specify one over the other. Both doctors as well as the staff is always extremely patient and willing to spend time with you answering any questions you have. They are personable, friendly, and even when the office has had a number of other patients, they are always friendly and take the time to help each person while going out of their way to make those waiting comfortable. Even through I've seen the staff hopping and moving fast at times, I've never felt rushed and I've never seen any of the staff push or rush a patient. Draper Vision is truly a great place to go for your vision!

I had just picked her up from school and we were listening to the radio as I drove home when and advertisement came on and Dr. White was talking about the importance of eye care especially for pediatric diabetic patients. He was so knowledgeable about how diabetes affected the eyes and the importance of optical exams. He came across as a caring and compassionate man and Optometrist, so when we got home I called and made an appointment. He gave the most thorough examination I had ever seen and he explained everything showing my daughter how her eye looked from the inside and explained the different parts and how healthy veins looked etc. I was extremely impressed by how he talked with her and not just me (because I'm her mom and she was only 11)! This shows how much respect he has for others including children. I knew immediately he was the doctor for our family. He still continues to explain his process during the examination even after 27 years which I love because understanding how your body works makes it more likely you will take better care of yourself, in my opinion anyways. 5 Star experience always. I saw some negative comments about Dr. White, which can't be correct because he is a soft spoken gentleman who has always been professional. I think those comments made it to the wrong site or those people were looking for issues to be angry at. Anyways you can't go wrong with InVision as your eye specialist but if there ever is an issue then be respectful and take it up with him,I'm sure it can be resolved.

Glasses, Glasses, Glasses everywhere you look when you walk in. If you can't find a pair of frames…read morethat look good on you something is wrong. The downside is there are sooo many frames I found myself getting overwhelmed. After awhile they were looking all the same. Hence the reason I was there. I switched insurance companies at the beginning of the year, and my regular eye Dr wasn't on the list so I decided to check out ShopKo Optical. As soon as I entered the door, I was greeted by smiling faces. I was checked in within less than five minutes. Wow that's what I call service and with a smile no less. The new experience with the Dr went really smooth, and he answered all my questions. I only had a slight change in my eyes so I was happy about that. Glasses take about a week to make, so you will need to make another appointment to come back. On the return appointment I was in and out within 20 minutes. They did say that I could bring in my own sunglass frames and they would replace the lenses with my prescription for just the cost of the lenses. Parking is a nightmare as they share the parking lot with the bar next door.

Finally have a day to get an eye exam and glasses for work and for night driving…read more Quiet and clean everyone was busy with customers so I took a look at the glass frames offered. I found two Ray Ban frames I like. I sat with a very personable Optician who looked up my insurance, let me know what's covered and answered all of my questions. I filled out some paperwork and my eye exam was in 20 minutes. When it was time for my exam my paperwork was ready, my frames selected and the I met the Optometrist Dave. This was the most through eye exam I'd ever had. My previous scripts weren't that clear. My confidence is restore by Dave. Thank Dave This was a very good experience by this first time visitor to Eyeglass World. I will be back!
