They demanded insurance when I walked in, and I spent 50 minutes on the phone, looking it up to them before they finally informed me that they needed my health insurance instead of my vision. It took me five minutes to get my health insurance information when they inform me that it was too late and they were closing for the day so I had to go home and just hope I don't go blind. Stay away from this clinic at all costs!!!

My first visit was thorough and he showed me all the pictures and what he was seeing. I had even been told that if my dry eyes did not get better lets do cataract surgery. I barely had the start of cataracts. They cleaned my eyes, advised how to manage and worked with my insurance to get me a prescription I needed at a reduced cost. Prescription was $750.00 through the manufacturer and they got it for me for 69.00 a month and only needed for a few months. They listened and only prescribed what was needed to help heal my eyes. I will never go anywhere else. Not sure where these other people went but i can say that the front desk is warm and welcoming and there are always several people to help you. I have never waited for more than 15 min.

If you go here, they WILL try to scare and threaten you into buying a $750 pair of glasses, no matter who you are, and they will actively make it impossible for you to take your prescription anywhere else. The receptionist is rude about it too. You do not need Sequel lenses or Neuralenses or any other proprietary technology. If you need a prism, you can get that anywhere. Don't fall for the aggressive sales tactics. It's a huge conflict of interest for the eye doctor to also sell glasses. Go somewhere else.

The first pair of glasses came after 2 weeks. The second pair has still not come as of June 14, 2024. A couple of weeks ago i stopped by after being told the other pair was in. When I got there they said they had made a mistake and the other pair wasn't in. They told me they'd reach out again when they came in. Last Friday I called during business hours and no-one answered. I stopped by on my way to work and there was a sign saying they were closed for training. I called on Monday and nobody answered during business hours. I stopped by again and was told that they would reach out to the company and call me on Tuesday. Did they call? Nope. I tried calling again on Thursday and surprise, no answer. I stopped by again. I was not happy and let the lady at the front desk know it. Instead of apologizing, she said, "As you can see we are quite busy and have a lot of customers here in the office." They are going to have one less customer to deal with. They actually sent me a message this morning, via text, telling me to reach out to my safety supervisor to see what's going on with my order. That front desk person has no business being in front of customers with her attitude. Never heard of this place until I was referred to it by family. We have been here several times…read morenow, and the staff and how attentive they were to us is what I really love and will come back for. Came here for an eye exam and was taken care of pretty well. Was prescribed eye drops as well. Our big visit happened this year when it was time to switch from glasses to contact lenses. The care and attention we received in aiding an almost teenager to learn about contact lenses and helping him to put it on for the first time were fantastic. Yes, it took a lot of patience, specifically from one of the employees named Matt, but Matt super patient with him, and really took his time to just make him feel comfortable in putting them on. Although he didn't get to put them on at the eye center, we took the advice that was given, and I worked at home in successfully putting in his contacts for the first time. In addition, Matt did not hesitate to even give me his cell number so if we had any questions about the contact lens, we can reach him quickly and directly. We were also educated on the different brands of contact lenses, which are more quality vs. less quality. That goes the same for the eye care solutions that are vast, and we feel comfortable that we were properly educated in these products, which of course in return, gives us more confidence in coming back to their services next year.
