Dr. Han has been my family's optometrist for over 15 years. I was recommended to her long ago and I have never left. She is kind, thorough, and considerate. Though I was always given great service and attention here, I was introduced to Sophia today. I usually take hours deciding what glasses to choose (and walk out empty-handed)...So that is what I scheduled for our annual visit...hours. Today, Sophia's first suggestion for my daughter's glasses were the perfect match! For me, the undecided one, she helped me find sunglasses and reading glasses within a few minutes. Dr. Han was wonderful. She is exceptionally kind and helpful and really made an effort to get to know me and my family. I never felt rushed. However, I cannot say the same of the ladies at the front desk. I now understand what the other reviews meant when referring to poor customer service. The employees were too busy talking to each other and trying on eyeglass frames themselves to help customers. It was extremely unprofessional. When my son needed a new pair of glasses, they kept pulling out frames that were $200 and more (with insurance!) when I specially told them what my budget was. He is so young and has no need for designer glasses. I will continue coming here, but simply for Dr. Han. read more

I cannot be more grateful to the service this placed offered. First off Leo was able to set up a same day appointment for my boyfriend. He was so kind. There price for an exam is very reasonable. When we arrived Sandra was so nice. You think you're going to have a ton of paperwork, nope only one page. The doctor my boyfriend saw was a fill in for Dr. Han, but she was so thorough with and explained everything and was very patient. Leo was so helpful at helping my boyfriend finding a great pair of glasses as well as sunglasses. He gave us an awesome deal. My boyfriend brought 2 other prescriptions in to have them changed and Leo was so wonderful at giving us a great rate. He is super funny and goes above and beyond for you. This made me feel confident to make another appointment for myself and the best part is they take MEDICAL. I ended up seeing doctor Han, she is so sweet, very kind, and carrying. She answered my question and made sure that my concerns were taken care of. She even fitted me for a better contact. Leo was awesome when it came to just changing my lenses. The glasses for both of ours are always done so quickly and they make sure they fit you and you do not have any problems. We do need to have the Ray-band sunglasses looked at though the lense seems to be coming off or glue is coming out. I know Leo will take amazing care of us. I have tried several times to research and see if I am getting a real discount by comparing it with other stores online, and every time I have concluded that visionmax is as cheap and genuine as it can get! Needed to get my eyes checked out. Made an appointment and they were ready to go right on time. after test I ended up getting a pair of Tom Ford shades that everyone compliments me on plus reading glasses. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Patrick is hilarious and knows his stuff. With his assistance I found the perfect pair of shades to compliment my face structure. Highly recommend going here if you are looking to get a pair of glasses that look good but are also comfortable to wear. I was surprised how big big of a selection they have right in the store. came here last week to get my prescription from my last eye test that was in 2012. they still had my information even though it was 4 years ago. The staff was amazing, they offered me an eye test right on the spot. Test was easy and quick. You can tell they really care about their customers and its not only about making money. I love Dr. Han and everything about her and her Old office staff. However her new office staff is just terrible always pushing me out making me feel like I'm a bother. Dr. Han used to give me a trial pair of contacts every time I needed them the new staff makes me feel like a criminal when I ask and just recently flat out told me NO now I am stuck wearing glasses with an old prescription because i just could not afford a full box of contacts at the moment we just had our third child and need to wait until insurance re ups first of the year, none of the latter is their fault by any means but Dr. Han always made sure my eyes were properly taken care of no matter what this new office staff could care less. Rude and unwelcoming. Sadly I will not be returning to this optometrist again after going here for 10 years and will be finding another her new staff should learn to be friendlier with CUSTOMERS. I'm so angry I can't even talk right now. I wanted to get a set of nice expensive Silhouette glasses. Had an appointment at 2pm. Was there just about 1:50 and had a preliminary short exam right away. then I had to sit and wait for the Doc. And here it's where it got weird. the Doc took every single walk-in before me and let me sit for 30 minutes. I got up and left. Fun part is they didn't even realize that I was gone for another 20 minutes. Then they called me and wanted to reschedule. Can you be any more inconsiderate with someone's time? Bought my 2nd pair of glasses from them, this last one will be the last. had to return because my transistions were gone and theres a smudge in the middle of both lenses. when i picked them up today, there are 2 long scratches in the middle of the right lense. I noticed the scratches but didnt even bother to point it out as I will just bring them to another optometry. I dont mind paying again. Took my son here for an eye exam and he needed new contacts. My son had an allergic reaction after the assistant put in some contacts to try. She had nuts for lunch and didn't wash her hands properly. After she touched my son's face it swelled up like a balloon and his eye lids puffed up, so he couldn't see properly. When I spoke with the doctor she didn't seem to care to much about the situation and kept saying it could be the solution. My son has been using contacts for over a year without any issues. Stay away unless you want a staff infection or maybe something even serious. I definitely won't be going here again!!! read more
