Having raised all six of us kids in that home, they really want to stay there as long as they can. John and his crew added another 1200 square feet to the main level, taking into account that my parents were aging, he did everything he could to make the space count. They now have a beautiful first floor with a bedroom, bathroom and den, which opens up to a beautiful screened in porch and patio.. all rooms have smart capabilities. I could not be more pleased with how everything came together. They built a large curbless shower with cubbies, removable shower heads and a beautiful built in bench. The glass entry is large enough to accomodate a walker or wheelchair, should that day arise. Honestly, it is shocking that he could do such beautiful work, while still accommodating their individual needs. We highly recommend Craft.. we couldn't be happier!!!

We also sent a detailed email. Three WEEKS later we haven't heard a thing, and it's clear we aren't going to. They have two websites (craftremodeling.com and craftremodelingcompany.com) but one shows this: "This website is managed by 411 Locals and has been temporarily removed. Please Click Here to reactivate or call (855) 204-6518 Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM PST." The other website shows this: "Call 888.349.0045 or email us at sales@craftremodeling.com to schedule your free consultation!" When you call that toll-free number, you get a screeching fax tone in your ear and then the line drops, goes dead. There's more.... We engaged John Hegarty's company to build our backyard deck in 2000 and spent $21,000 on the project. It's a good deck to this day so that's not the point. The point is that we spent that much with John's company, reached out to him for the possibility of additional work after 23 years, so we remembered him, and yet he can't be bothered to respond to our 3 messages and 1 email? Incredibly unprofessional. He seems to still be in business because who pays for webhosting and an answering service if they're out of business? We also see a review on Google from 6 months ago, so he seems to still be in business. HOW, I'm not sure. Extremely disappointing to put it mildly. If he treats repeat customers this unprofessionally, how does he treat first-time customers?

It's not easy to find a good company that will do a great job along with respecting your home (such as report any accidents, shoe covers on or shoes off upon entering the house, putting things back where they belong after cleaning, etc.). I started having trouble staying on top of cleaning my home as it became too much with my hectic work schedule. I was referred to Tranquil Clean by a friend and they exceeded my expectations! I've had multiple teams come out and all did an equally wonderful and consistent job each and every visit. I appreciate their attention to detail, getting in between every corner and making sure not to miss a spot. They always leave the place squeaky clean and put things back where they found it each time. The team at Tranquil Clean are very friendly, accommodating and professional, which makes scheduling very simple. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a cleaning service for your home or office to reach out for a free quote as their prices are very reasonable.

We found some stone that we loved, and Jorge and his folks carefully measured our kitchen, figured out how to handle some tricky spaces in the corner of our cabinets and behind the stove, cut the stone with beautiful bullnose edges, and then installed the stone so that the (kind of dramatic) veining matched in all the important places. Their work was meticulous and beautiful! Jorge communicated well. His team worked within our condominium's guidelines, arrived when they said they would, and finished on time. Jorge even saved some surplus stone to install in pantry cabinets we just ordered. I'd use Pyramid Granite again in a heartbeat. I recommend them without hesitation!
