We love our new counter tops! My wife found CSA Granite on Google and asked them to come out to give an estimate. Albert came and gave us a more competitive price than the handful of other granite places that we looked into.
We happened to be in Chantilly and wanted to stop by to talk to them, but couldn't find it on Google Maps, so we gave up. A month later, when we still couldn't find any granite places to give us a better price, we got the address from Albert and went to look at the granite slabs. It was a little sketchy because at first we pulled in to the back of the building and it looked like several loading docs. Then we went around to the front of the building, and it still looked like loading docks, but with some small store fronts. We saw two flooring places, neither of which was CSA Granite. As we were walking around looking lost, my wife called Albert and someone who was not Albert came out and said we were in the right place. He said both of the flooring places were the same same, and were CSA Granite. He brought us in a unmarked door and showed us a lot of granite slabs. After we picked the granite we liked, we thought we were going to be picking a specific slab, because I've seen that at other places, but the man who was helping us said they were all the same. My wife asked him move the front slab so we could see the ones behind it, and they did all look the same. We were able to schedule the installation for the following Saturday. Albert came out during the week to take final measurements. He was very precise and spent a while to make sure everything was correct. He even had patterns he traced on cardboard for some of the more intricate pieces.
On installation day, the install crew was delayed because there was a problem with one of the granite pieces, but they called us to let us know. When they arrived, they quickly removed the old counters and placed the new ones where they should go. Then it took the rest of the day to finish the job. We got a new, deeper sink, and we requested to use the same faucet. They hooked the food disposal and everything back up again. The crew spent a while letting the faucet run to make sure there were no leaks. The seams between the different pieces of granite were almost invisible. They did a very good job sealing everything. It looks very professional. We weren't allowed to use our kitchen for the rest of that day. We couldn't keep from smiling at how amazing our new counters looked.
The next day we turned on the faucet, and it was leaking from a dent in the top of it. We called Albert, and he came with the crew later that evening and quickly replaced the faucet. I recommend you get a new faucet and don't try to use your old faucet. CSA has great customer service and does great work! We still can't stop smiling because of our new counters! read more
