Bad Scratch from the stone

First time to write a Yelp review. I didn't expect to give such a low rating. I have Stone Region installed my counter top. The delivery was fast. However, the workers weren't careful enough when measuring and installing. The countertop was too low, it broke my dishwasher, I couldn't open the door until they came over and fix it. Also the worker heavily damaged the wall during moving the stone from entrance floor to the kitchen. the whole side of the wall got scratched badly. I asked the owner to fix the scratch on the wall, unfortunately he refused. I expected a business take their responsibility when damage others' property.

Beautiful Quartz Countertops from Henry!

Henry is a genuinely honest and kind person. His work ethic is always geared towards making the customer happy. His prices are very competitive with other businesses in the area. We had our kitchen counters installed by Henry. The installation was beautiful. We had an issue where one part of the counter didn't match the rest due to the color variation between slabs. We sent a picture to Henry and without question he cut a new piece and replaced it himself. A+ to this business and I would use them again in the future.

My sister in law referred Henry to us when we were looking into redoing our kitchen because she had such wonderful experience with him when she did her kitchen. When I met with him, he listened to what I wanted and answered all questions that I had. I was originally looking into black quartz for my countertop but as Henry listened, he suggested that I also look into white stone since I wanted my kitchen to look bigger and brighter. He gave me a great site to look through all my options. As we were working on the construction of our kitchen, Henry responded quickly when I had questions about countertops and installation. After seeing my white cabinets installed, my husband and I wanted a white countertop to brighten up our kitchen. Henry suggested a beautiful stone and in my budget! He came out on a Saturday and measured the countertop space and was done within 1/2 hour. Then he installed the countertop on Monday! The slab was cut beautifully and he and his employees installed within an hour. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our kitchen and Henry suggestion to look into white countertop. Henry is so patient, professional, and wants to help his clients. We will veritably use his company in the future!

His whole team of subcontractors were amazing--professional, timely, and completely behind all their work. But Heather was the star! She was a pleasure to work with, and willing to go wherever I wanted with design and materials choices, until I was completely happy. She is a talented designer, and I learned a great deal from working with her. She inspected every aspect of our cabinets, and had anything that wasn't completely as designed redone until all was perfect. I love the end results of our renovation, and will always think of Heather fondly as I enjoy using my kitchen.

BEST PRICE, BEST SERVICE, AMAZING RESULTS! Heather and all of her subs (installers and granite…read moresubs) were true professionals: they did what they said they would do, did it on-time, didn't mess up anything else, communicated well with us, worked MANY extra hours to correct problems that were not their fault, and the price was better than the other 3 cabinet/counter companies we got quotes from. Frankly, working with her again is a no-brainer for us and we sing her praises to all of our friends and neighbors now. If you've done any sort of home renovations you've probably had good contractors and bad. On our most recent 1600sf addition we had a lot of mediocre work from our GC and his subs and they required LOTS of oversight. Heather's team, by contrast, gave us white glove service at a price that was a true bargain for the quality of work delivered. She and her team gave us such good value that we're looking around our house for other things to have them build (built-in buffet for dining room, wine cabinets, etc). I wish all home renovation trades-people were this good. - Pete and Krista Coleton

I've done a bathroom remodel before without the help of anyone at Mosaic before this one and now after getting the help of a design professional I'd never want to do without it again! My appointment with Cameron went very well. We definitely needed the full 1.5 hours to go over my preferences, look at images I brought in and pick out tile and then take down specs for estimates. Cameron's tile suggestions seemed be very inline with my own preferences. Plus, I was able to walk around and pick out many attractive tile choices to choose from. Mosaic also has a very large building with quite a few model upscale bathrooms set up to walk around and take a look at to help spark design ideas. Later the same day as my tile consultation, Cameron emailed me her very detailed and accurate architectural drawings of my bathroom showing everything I described to her for the remodel including the tiles, vanity, tub, etc. and contacted my general contractor directly as well. I was very impressed and pleased--considering this was all a free service to customers! I was also able to take home my tile samples to look it all over later in my house. The tile was not cheap of course. I have a relatively small bathroom in my townhouse but it still amounted to well over $2k worth of tile! I know I have expensive tastes but I was hoping my contractor would be able to get me more of a discount! Well, I may have to scale back the amount of tile I'm using and/or hold off on the project to save up more meanwhile but I know exactly what tile I want to go with now!

My contractor recommended Mosaic and he couldn't have been more spot on. The selection was great…read moreand the showroom well organized and inspiring. I worked with Mustafa who listened to my wants and was able to pull great options and even find something not on my radar that was perfect. It was an easy to navigate process and high quality materials. I appreciate the knowledge and options--highly recommend!

She spent almost $3,000 on the granite and install and when they put the granite in there was a half inch between the cabinets and the countertops. The installer pressured my mother, who is a widower, saying everything won't be fine and nobody would notice the shins and glue below the counters. I went over one day to check out the work and immediately noticed what a poor job they did and I told my mom that nobody would buy the house until the work was finished. I called the owners and one of them met us at the house to review the work. He said that this was normal and he's done hundreds of installs like this. He said WE should go to Lowe's to pick up a cheap piece of vinyl that we can glue to cover this defect! I told the owner he should be embarrassed to leave a job like this and that they aren't craftsman but amateurs. He said he isn't a carpenter and that it's not their job to level the countertop. Excuse me, but they have an obligation to do a quality job and if there are additional costs needed to make a nice final product then they should have notified my mom at the time of install! My mom had to hire someone else to come out and do the correct finishing work. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead of Crystal!

We've been pleased with the outcome of both projects. They've done quality work for us. One thing that stands out for me is their flexibility. We've been on long trips during both jobs, which would normally make me very nervous about not seeing progress. But I was able to facetime with the crew for issues/questions/updates and they sent pictures every couple of days. I also appreciate their willingness to come back to address issues after the project is done. Their nice people, too. All in all - I'm pleased. I had seen some stuff online via Ferguson's website, but I wanted to actually chat with a person in real life about my proposed project so in that way I could walk through what I was looking for and wanted. We worked with Darin who was fantastic btw! My husband and I sort of went through with what I was looking for which included plumbing fixatures for two bathrooms and a chandelier for our foyer. He was great gave us different options at different price points also he helped figure out what I was trying to explain (I told him I don't know all of the technical names of the things, but he was able to decipher) and help us think through what we needed. Darin super knowledgeable! Now a few other points of advice if you are a first timer, pictures of what you want to do helpful even if they are inspo photos, if you've got space measurements even better. Also, if you are thinking of changing out plumbing perhaps having your preferred plumber come out to give you an idea of materials required for your project (I opted to do it in reverse).
