However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! Whatever you do, don't agree to automatic scheduling because they won't let you opt out of it. Nor will they let you cancel appointments, however much notice you give. I cancelled an appointment two weeks in advance, BOTH by phone and by email. Then two days before the cancelled appointment, they emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, as if it were still scheduled. When I emailed them to protest, they replied that the message was sent in error by a former employee. (This was implausible, but fine: no harm done.) Then, two days later, at the time of the cancelled appointment, the cleaners came anyway. I wasn't available then, so I had no choice but to send them away. I called the company to complain about their aggressive practices and to rebuke them for wasting their cleaners' time, but they neither answered the phone nor replied to a subsequent email I sent. Avoid them!!!!!!
