When she noticed that I hadn't been able to come in to pick up my contacts- an extra pair I had asked for to hold me over til my appointment- she said, "You should have called! While I was waiting to be seen I overheard their staff making phone calls to confirm appointments for upcoming days and they went the extra mile to confirm insurance coverage on their patients behalf so that there were no surprises. They also send text messages reminding people of their appointments, which for an anti-phone person like me is wonderful. Their office is clean, spacious, and welcoming. I am thrilled with my experience there and would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new eye doc. If I could change anything it's that it did take about 2 months to be seen as a new patient, but now that I've been there I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I've tried to engage in a warm connection with this new batch of grumpy greeters, but got the bored look of a gen z (or is it y? I dunno...) looking at 'this smiling old lady' who wants to make friends? I wouldn't be surprised if they rolled their eyes at me once I turned my back. I recommend mixing it up and also hiring mature font desk folks who've lived and seen a little life, who understand and appreciate the customer service includes exuding warmth & compassion and a true interest in the patients who spend their money there. I would not encourage anyone to purchase their glasses at this establishment, because the staff is seemingly not trained in sizing frames to the face. They don't appear to know how progressive lenses need to be fitted to the eyes/face, and they are definitely not skilled at adjusting the newly arrived pair of glasses to the ears and nose - I know because all three of them made the attempt and did NOT give me glasses that function the way they should. I have to use my hands to lift my glasses up so I can see things on my laptop. Sadly, It felt like once they receive payment, there's not much incentive to provide a functioning product? Hundreds of dollars down the drain.... During my short time in the room with the Doc, I mentioned the problem with my glasses, but just got a disinterested 'Hum' in response... She really knows her profession from what contact lenses are available in what increments to educating clients on eye care. Although Dr. Waldorf is no longer offering appointments the business continues to grow and I am delighted to see the office will be undergoing a bit of remodeling shortly. The place was very clean, organized and professional. After having recently moved to near by area i jumped on to the yelp to find a good optometrist for my regular eye test. I found this place with good reviews and made an appointment online (highly recommend doing that so it saves you some time). As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the wonderful front-desk lady (wish i remember her name). From start to finish she was awesome going above and beyond to take care of my needs. Dr. Hendrik Krosschell was very thorough, clear in his explanation and was kind enough to answer the concerns i had. He also had me come in multiple times just to ensure that i had the best possible lenses. A special kudos to the front desk lady. I had a full insurance coverage for my vision. The lady explained me how much i would be paying for my co-pay but there was a bit of confusion on what it covered for my lenses. I called up the insurance and got the details and this front desk lady (again i wish i remembered her name) was so kind enough to charge me just the remaining amount and have my insurance cover the remaining. I declined them, and then was still met by a $110 quote on my way out. There are signs everywhere saying "no refunds", which did not inspire my confidence in the quality of their craftsmanship. I can get 5 pairs of similar quality glasses online for less money and be met with better customer service with return options, so I'll be doing that. During my short thirty minute visit, the phone was ringing off the hook, calls were going unanswered, and another customer was in the lobby literally crying in frustration over having had such terrible experiences with the office. I had a similar experience with this office last year and will likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future, which is a shame because again, the tech and doctor seemed knowledgeable and efficient.

There are other offices in this building as well. There is a parking lot in front of the building, but I didn't see any reserved spots for Eyediology Vision. Instead, I parked on one of the side streets. We were welcomed by friendly staff during check-in. There is an area with water, soda, and coffee for patients. The office is very modern, clean, and organized. The technician did some tests and then I met Dr. Kriti Bhagat. Dr. Bhagat is the owner and founder of Eyediology Vision. She was very professional and friendly. My husband purchased glasses with Eyediology Vision and the staff were very helpful in the process. They really care about you feeling comfortable with the glasses. I am looking forward to my next annual visit with Dr. Kriti Bhagat.

She thought there was an issue, so the office set me up with Dr. Kriti Bhagat, OD, FAAO. Eyediology Vision is only about 8 months old, and on the East Side in the Bliss building. It is difficult to park; there are only 2 spaces in the parking lot for visitors. There is on street parking if you get lucky enough to find a spot, or a pay lot not far from the building. The office itself is gorgeous! Black and white finishes, and the equipment is state of the art. The staff were very personable and friendly. Dr. Bhagat is just as friendly, took her time with me, and explained everything she was doing in layman terms, and that made my visit a great one. She specializes in my type of lenses- the reason I am grateful my doctor referred me here. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this new office is the place to try!
