Erica Bailey is Absolutely Amazing!!!! A couple years ago I decided to dye my hair Black!!! Then I wanted to go blonde (which is always a hard process to go from black to straight blonde). My daughter had the pleasure of having a very professional and knowledgable hair stylist or should I say, Chemical Specialist! Jose works at Visible Changes at the Willowbrook location. This young man was very personable in the fact that he was very interested in what my daughter wanted done to her hair in regards to color and he in turn explained what he could do to achieve her goal. Jose incorporated the perfect shade(s) and did a remarkable job in highlighting my daughter's hair. Jose even went as far as to show and thoroughly explain hair care products that could be used to properly hydrate her hair and protect the color! My hair was left a complete mess from a different colorist at a different salon. I needed a color correction fast! I called Visible Changes and the receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment the same day with Caitlin. Caitlin performed a miracle on my hair and transformed gray/white over-processed highlights and a poor attempt at bayalage into a masterpiece! She fixed my roots, redid my bayalage, and treated my hair. She was so knowledgeable and I felt so secure and confident in her the entire time. I originally made a hair appointment at the Willowbrook location to get an all over Carmel Color. The hair dresser suggested that I get Carmel highlights instead and I agreed unknowing what the final results were going to be. In the end I got brassy/orange, 90's tiger stripe highlights applied to my hair. I'm writing this review to save someone from wasting their money and embarrassment of an awful botched hair color job. I've been to this place twice since I moved back to Houston a year ago and both times I have been thrilled with my cut and style. This morning I caught my hair on fire trying to light my gas fireplace so I immediately made an appointment. So I went to a salon by my house a few days ago and the totally messed up my haircut so I went to VC to get it fixed because my sister recommended Rubi and I am so HAPPY I went to see her... I was nervous I was going to have to cut it off really short but she said that it just need to get cleaned up and add a few more layers...
