Earlier this week I brought in my bike to be properly fitted to me and to have my rear wheel trued. I made an appointment for Friday 12/19/25 @ 1030 am. Byron took the time to place my bike on a stand, have me get on the saddle and start pedaling. He then checked my legs, knees and made adjustments to my seat height and to my handle bars, for a more comfortable riding experience. I went in to purchase a bike, I put down a $500 deposit, 10 days later I found a better price somewhere else and spoke to the manager to let them know, they wouldn't match the price so I asked for my deposit back, the manager told me they cannot give me my $500 deposit back.
