Went out to garden section looking for a plant, no one around to help. Walked back to front of store, interrupted 2 young ladies (employees) visiting. One said there's the garden guy over there. Asked him about what I was looking for, he acted a bit out of shape & was just rude- excuse me stores are closing left & right. We're coming in in-person paying for your paycheck. I called for a Laguna jointer but had no luck. On a whim, I asked about a Jet jointer, which they had. A single one. Today, I drove to the Ideal Saw Works and bought it. The gent on the floor (Chuck) was helpful and knowledgeable and workers partially disassembled it so it would fit in my vehicle. The array of woodworking machines is breathtaking.

Walked in expecting a wait for service, which is the normal since they do good work. When the service guy got to me I told him I couldn't get the chain slide right. The guy look at the chain and then Jose said it the safety lock, it's stuck. Jose took the chain saw and showed his helper this how you fix it. After chain saw was fine.
