The owner said she was going over her yelp reviews and asked me to take my review down. she said if I didn't she was prepared to Respond!!!! Very unusual to say the least. A nice response to my review would have been, " What can I do to fix the problems with our work?". Instead I feel threatened. I'm leaving my review up of the business because the work was not done well and that's that. My tufted button folds came loose immediately, lots of unraveled threads that were not back stitched... the foam was put into the couch cushions loose mixed with stuffing and is falling apart. I paid $11,000.00 to have 2 sofas done and a chair. I'm disappointed.
