This is my second review. Last year I had the seats of my 2021 Civic Hatchback replaced with Katzkin leather (in Cardinal red with black). I recently inherited my mom's 2007 Honda CR-V. Although the leather is in fair condition, the front door panel arm rests and the arm rests connected to the front driver and passenger seats were warped. I dropped it off at 8am and my car was ready by 1pm (same day). The result was better than I ever imagined! I took my Toyota Camry here to have my front seats and headliner reupholstered. I dropped my car off at 8am in the morning, and the car was ready by 2pm the same day. The work they did was fantastic. I felt like a new car once I got in and sat down. The attention to detail was impressive, and they followed all the Toyota recommended safety requirements related to airbags. After looking at the reviews, I was confident I would have a positive experience at Classic Upholstery. Unfortunately, that was certainly not the case. I took the day off to bring my truck by and even called before I left. The gentleman I spoke with said the guy to speak to was at lunch, "give it an hour". After waiting an hour, I drove from Hanford to Visalia and the 'expert' still want there. Same gentleman told me to come back in another hour. I came back after another hour and still no help. Asked if I could leave my truck for him to look at (was going out of town for 3 weeks and wouldn't have another opportunity to bring it in) and was told they could store my vehicle... Top quality work and decent prices: I had two experiences with the guys here, and both were stellar. I had some people burn holes in my seats so I went in for two separate repairs. The first visit took a day or two for my material to show up and an extra day or two for the work to finish. I came back again 2 days ago to get a rear seat repaired, and since they still had my fabric from the first repair, there was no part cost and only paid for the labor on the seat! They took out the back seat on Wednesday afternoon, and immediately texted me at 8 AM Thursday morning saying that the seat was ready to go. They are professional, kind, well priced, and from the looks of a few cars inside the shop, do some cool custom work for people searching for that service. 10/10 recommended. read more

You'll be happy taking your vehicle here for upholstery needs. I wasn't sure where to go get this done. I searched websites and found this shop. I saw a bad rating and an excellent one. I decided to try them out anyways. I was pleasantly surprised! I have an infinity FX 35. The vinyl on the driver's side was wearing away. They fixed it so well, you couldn't even tell that it was replaced. I went back again many years later. For the same issue, but now the vinyl was wearing and cracking at the bottom of both front and back seats. They were priced fairly well. Todd gave me good advise about type of material to use. They were able to get me in on the day I needed, which was the next week, and on a FRIDAY. They had it done in 8 hours! I am so happy with the job! I feel happy in my car again and it's back to being back to infinity quality. I would recommended going to these guys. They are very professional. Ask for Todd. read more
