I called for a Laguna jointer but had no luck. On a whim, I asked about a Jet jointer, which they had. A single one. Today, I drove to the Ideal Saw Works and bought it. The gent on the floor (Chuck) was helpful and knowledgeable and workers partially disassembled it so it would fit in my vehicle. The array of woodworking machines is breathtaking.

Took an EGO mower in for a warranty repair. Two weeks later and no parts even ordered. The last…read moreseveral days they stated the part was ordered and on the way, but EGO advised they had not ordered anything and were not being truthful. An associate promised to follow up and call me the next morning; no call. I called, and reminded him of his promise and his response was "well, it's still morning somewhere". Very poor customer focus.
