We sent pictures to Mike asking that they come back out to fix, and he immediately blamed it on others stating that the contractor doing our remodel must have banged on the cabinetry too much. However this was not the case at all. We expressed our frustration and disappointment in the service, only to have Mike say that he would mail us the caulking and we could fix it ourselves, complaining that the 30 minute drive to our house was too much. This after he had already agreed to do business with us and took our money - over $1500.

Using advanced energy improvement principles, all of the cladding (brick, wood) is coming off of this house. I'll be using house wrap, Rock Wool Insulation, foam board and turning it into a Yeti cooler and some of their products are going to help! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us accomplish this goal. He worked with our budget, made adjustments where he could, found savings when possible, and used his experience to offer alternative options that made sense. It never felt like a sales transaction -- it felt like a partnership. When installation began, the crew was just as impressive. He was polite and put on protective shoe covers before coming in the house (I did not request this). Hector looked at the Hunter Douglas Luminette that was not working. He tinkered with them, determined the issue, took care to protect them when laying them down on a flat surface, cleaned the track, put silicone and re-hung them. Now they work like new and I can open and close them again. He also showed me the correct way to open and close them.
