Nice, bewildering, selection of materials including HUGE slabs of porcelain marble for your broom closet or bathroom. Whether you're doing a throne room or an entry, the options are vast. Staff seems friendly and easy to work with. I found some nice travertine here for my hearth/fireplace remodel in progress. Apparently it the same stuff the Roman Coliseum is made out of. And we all know there's a two thousand year plus warranty on wear.... The selection runs the gambit with simple or super lux complicated options. After hitting up all of the major tile and flooring places in Fresno (Emser, Daltile, Flooring Liquidators, Lowe's, Home Depot) I was just done. One of the stores we went to mention the Creative Tile showroom behind Mercedes and BMW. THANK GOD we stopped here! I was ready to settle with a mediocre tile from Home Depot. I couldn't understand why no one offered a 3x12 or 4x12 great floor tile. I guess it's very specific In any case, Christina was our savior. She talked us off the ledge of commuting to a mediocre tile. Creative tile had over 30 different tiles in the size we wanted. They also offer a variety of textures. Seriously though, I'm so happy we stopped here. I finally got the tile I had been hoping to find! It was a one stop shop, too. We picked up grout, thin set, and spacers. FYI, they do have to order the tile. So expect 3-5 business days. read more

I didn't want to let more time go by without writing a review. We had such a positive experience. After going from tile store to tile store without any help or ideas we came across Creative Tile. We were greeted by Christina. She seemed genuinely glad to see us even though it was close to closing. I showed her our granite and within minutes she had just the right combination to match. I had a big tile remodel at our house. I visited every single tile store in the Fresno area. They have the biggest tile selection of any store in the area. Christina helped me fine tune the design and look we were looking for. She has an excellent eye for design. Very large, sprawling showrooms with (hundreds? thousands?) of samples to select from; enough to be become confusing. Probably thanks to the Pandemic, they seem understaffed (long waits to be attended in the showrooms and at the counter). We ordered a sample of our tile to keep (rather than borrow), but the piece that arrived was not even close to the design we had chosen. Took over 2 weeks to get it straightened out and the sales person never called to notify us of any progress or delay; it was on us to keep checking in. By the time the correct tile arrived, we had moved on to another vendor. The staff seems personable and knowledgeable, but organization and follow through was lacking. 'Twas a shame; we usually prefer dealing with local independent businesses and our experience here in 2010 was much better. read more

Creative Tile in Fresno is an outstanding company. I am an interior designer/tile contractor out of Boise, ID. Last November I bought a great deal of floor tile from them. The staff at Creative Tile are very warm and attentive and went out of their way to help me find the bathroom tile I specifically wanted. Christina was ESPECIALLY WONDERFUL after our bathroom remodel project was interrupted following a mishap (elsewhere) with our quartz countertop! We just underwent a massive house remodel and glad we found Creative tile. We used them for everything from our wood floors, kitchen backsplash and fireplace stone. There are two impressive things about this place. One - they have a giant selection of all kids of products. Over ten showrooms for bathrooms tile, flooring tile, pool tile and everything in between. Second - their customer service is AMAZING (Mario thank you). FYI - this place can also store all the materials for you on site until you are ready for pick up . Bought really nice pool tile and they were great help he more options than other companies locally

on service i will give it to them, but our disappointment is that we left there thinking our order was placed and no issues took place. Come to find out we get a call from their rep Morgan that he misquoted us and therefore did not place our order that we had hoped to have by thursday because he made an error by $31 dollars. What should have been done was, he should have made an over ride on that $31 as it was their error, and or placed the order still so we did not lose any days on our project and maybe we could have paid it at pick up. However, he continued to call asking for the difference on an error that was no fault of our own. Would i go back yes, but i would make sure to check that we were quoted correctly when leaving. read more

Beautiful showroom, great selection and friendly salesmen. However, they don't explain the products to you so you understand what you are ordering. They also don't explain that there's a huge restocking fee if anything is returned unused. They also don't explain how much shipping is charged for the items you want. When job was finished and a follow up leter was sent to the owner, I received no call or email or letter or any kind of acknowledgement. Last time I'll spend my hard earned money there. read more

I went into Creative Tile in December to see if they had small tiles for mosaics projects. They are more geared to large projects like home improvement, kitchen or bathroom tiles, but Andy was extremely helpful and showed me their "reject" section, where they have a lot of tiles at discounted prices. I found some pieces that I could use in my small projects. I also had a nice conversation with Christina. If I were doing a large home improvement project I would definitely consider using Creative Tile! They are friendly and helpful there, and my visit there was a very pleasant experience! read more

Incredible tile store! They carry the best and most beautiful selection of tile and stone. From my first contact with Jesse, I was blown away by his knowledge, transparency in pricing, honesty with regard to lead times and above all his courtesy and promptness in getting back to me with various quotes and information. He beat every price and tried to save me money in various ways like shipping costs etc. He also checked the invoice with me first and then double checked the correctness of my order by taking a picture of it and sending me an email when it came in. Right now I'm installing their "artistic" tiles. Not only it took 2 months before they made this order for my client. But the meaning of artistic means, that tiles are not the same size. I have to use spacers in creative way to make it look straight. Also the color varies, so I was instructed to open few boxes and install tiles from each in random. Funny, that a cheap tiles from Home depot have precise color and size for fraction of the cost. Also, they supply grout in two parts and I have to mix it well to make sure the color is consistent. High price, double time to install, not counting the two months before some artist made it. read more

This company is a breath of fresh air! I am currently setting up for a kitchen remodel and went to Creative for our tile on our backsplash. When I got out of my car I was greeted with a friendly employee and when I walked into the building was greeted by another friendly, eager employee who was ready to assist me. We worked with Kaleb. He was extremely patience with us, he had so much knowledge and insight to what would look good from a designers perspective. We were given samples to take home and at no point we felt pressured to buy quickly. He honestly wanted us to take our time choosing the title to get the results we would be ultimately happy with. With that meant, me returning several times to Creative to go over more options. Each insistence Kaleb was more then happy to help. Not only did we find the most awesome title for our kitchen. We walked away from this experienced encouraged that there are still companies out there that truly have great people working for them, with an efficient start to end process and the product is great. I stopped in here to find some tile for my bathroom remodel. Very nice showroom with a lot of selection. Unfortunately the staff was not helpful at all. I waited over 15 minutes to be helped and when they did try to help me the salesperson looked me up and down as if I was homeless and had an attitude and tone as if the tile I was asking about was way out of my price range. No one should be treated that way. I could not overlook this poor treatment and left disgusted. read more

I walked in 15 minutes from closing time. I unabashedly asked for some help picking out a backsplash. I want to do it on the cheap, but I still want it to look amazing. I was given solid information. I had one- on- one customer service. He stayed with me until I found something I was happy with. He was excited to help me. It was actually a nice experience. I was allowed to take some samples home so that I could see them with the existing granite and cupboards. I offered to leave a deposit, he declined my offer. He was excited to have me take the samples home and make sure that they were exactly what I wanted. His expertise paid off. I will be ordering my tile tomorrow. I felt bad for keeping them late. I was told not to worry about it, that they are more than happy to stay and help me. They gave me several samples to take home. He even carried them to my car for me. I am so excited that my tile guy told me to go to creative tile. They showed me tiles that were within my price range and didn't make me feel embarrassed about doing it on a budget. They had lots and lots to choose from. He had creative ideas where we are going to use some basic tiles mixed with some higher-end stuff, so I still get a custom look without the expense.
