There is not enough good that I can say about this company . I have only dealt with Morgan but if that's the quality of their customer service than they have a customer in me for life . I wanted a particular type and color of marble for a bathroom in my home that I'm remodeling. The space is not a very large one but I had a particular type color and pattern of marble in mind. Morgan listened to what I described, I told him that I had searched everywhere but was not able to find it in any store He was so polite, informative and engaging . Even though the amount I needed was small by most standards that made no difference to him as he searched and hunted down this beautiful marble that has now become rare and unavailable . He knew exactly what I was looking for , there is no business that would have ever taken the time to "pull out all the stops" to find me this marble especially for such a pitifully small order . Not only that, but he was genuinely interested and made suggestions as to how to accomplish the "look" I desired . I kept on saying I'm so sorry this is not a huge money job for you and he said " our goal is to provide you , if possible , with what you need and the size of what you order is not important . Tell me please who says that to you in this day and age ? I know because I traveled from tile store to tile store , no one would even get off their chair when I told them what I was wanting . Instead telling me you can't find that marble no more , unavailable , no longer being quarried . For anything to do with tile, stone , marble , granite I recommend this business . After many calls throughout Fresno and Clovis, I picked Creative Tile. We were looking for a particular size to replace some tile in our bathroom but they no longer made that size. Kaleb Smith showed me several colors to match our existing tile. I appreciate Kaleb calling me back, making sure the sample tile was the same before I ordered. We cut the bigger tile to match and we are so happy with it. The entire staff I encountered was very professional, polite and helpful. We went to Creative Tile just to look for new tile for our master bath. In order to save on the cost we did not hire a interior designer or remodeling company which makes the task of designing the look very difficult. Without the help of our sales person Kaleb we would have not gotten this project off the ground. He helped us step by step with picking out sizes and design. He sent us home with samples and went over and beyond what we expected. He gave us pricing so we could estimate our material costs and did this several times since we had difficulty making up our minds. When Kaleb was not there the other staff was equally as friendly and helpful answering our questions and happy to help. My husband and I walked into creative tile and loved the Botanica Teak porcelain tile in display just as we walked inside the door positioned on the right hand side of the entry hallway. I love color and notice tone and pattern and this was it for me after an exhaustive search for the right tile, I had found the perfect one! We ordered it and received it within a week. All was well until I actually looked at the tile we got... It was a different color! The one I fell in love with had about four to five different tones. The one we got had only two: black and brown. I went back to the store brought a sample of the tile we received and compared it to the tile on display. I told them it was not the same. There were two managers on cite. One manager told me that it was within the same realm of color and he could not get me the one on display. I insisted that he should try and do something else for me like to get me a color closer to the one on display. He said he could not. At this point the second manager told me that if I didn't leave the store he would call the cops. He walked right over to the telephone to call the cops. I have never been treated this way at any other store. I have never broken the law. I expected so much more from a store like this. What a disappointment. read more

I walked in 15 minutes from closing time. I unabashedly asked for some help picking out a backsplash. I want to do it on the cheap, but I still want it to look amazing. I was given solid information. I had one- on- one customer service. He stayed with me until I found something I was happy with. He was excited to help me. It was actually a nice experience. I was allowed to take some samples home so that I could see them with the existing granite and cupboards. I offered to leave a deposit, he declined my offer. He was excited to have me take the samples home and make sure that they were exactly what I wanted. His expertise paid off. I will be ordering my tile tomorrow. I felt bad for keeping them late. I was told not to worry about it, that they are more than happy to stay and help me. They gave me several samples to take home. He even carried them to my car for me. I am so excited that my tile guy told me to go to creative tile. They showed me tiles that were within my price range and didn't make me feel embarrassed about doing it on a budget. They had lots and lots to choose from. He had creative ideas where we are going to use some basic tiles mixed with some higher-end stuff, so I still get a custom look without the expense. I just can't say enough nice things about them. I really felt cared for. Five-star service!!!! read more

I came into creative tile and I did not know at all what I was looking for. When I pulled up in the parking lot I noticed they had some really cool landscape products on display. Large and small cobble, bark and humus, etc.. I made my way into their showroom and was greeted by several employees they seem to be excited and interested to help me. They had quite a few customers at the moment but they took extra time to make sure I was helped. When it was all said and done I found my hardwood flooring for my living room, I put luxury vinyl tile in my laundry room and chose some unique porcelain for the entry into my kitchen. Heck I didn't realize they had a flooring showroom with hardwood and laminate. I'm definitely going back to Creative for my master bathroom remodel next year I think I'm going to put a fusion of stone and glass and get their designer on staff to help me put it together.
