Antonio was very knowledgeable and welcoming at the Fresno Home Show. When he came to measure the house he brought the two colors of samples that I requested. He let me keep them so I could decide what color I liked best. He was not over bearing or pushy like most salesmen. He very friendly and answered all our questions. The price was competitive. I requested the Lopez Brothers to install the vinyl plank flooring due the reviews I read on yelp and the better business bureau. The Lopez Brothers are amazing! The flooring scratched all to hell as soon as furniture moved. / WTF? They replace scratched flooring and appear to install some kind of sealant now. / hmmmm As the last guy leaves, he pushes our new fridge into its nook and creates a flood by breaking the water line to the ice maker. My wife and I recently bought a condo and we were dismayed to find that after cleaning the carpets, a urine smell we hoped would get better, got a lot worse. I called a few places to get quotes, Central Floor Supply being one of them. I spoke to Eddie on Monday, he came out and gave me a quote on Tuesday, and they installed the carpet in three rooms + closets on Thursday. When places like Home Depot were 5 weeks out and we were moving in on Friday. (The day after Central Floor Supply installed the carpet!) We went searching for flooring in several different locations. It was a toss up about who we would use. We walked into the door here, and were given great customer service by the employees and the owner. We locked down the look we wanted, and they happened to have what we wanted in surplus. They gave us a price that was nearly 40-50% of normal retail price of the flooring. It went from us window shopping, to us basically walking out the door with about 2000 sqft of flooring. They threw in underlayment and were generous enough to deliver and unload at our house. Can't beat the price. Can't beat the kindness. The plan is to go back and grab the baseboards from them too. Those are also cheaper than what we are finding at Lowe's or Home Depot. read more

Purchasing our choice was very easy. James had it delivered on a Saturday (even though they are closed). James was available for questions, during which we found out he had other building products such as base boards which we purchased from them. James, and Antonio continually gave us excellent customer service. Our carpet install went well, we installed our LVP, and Everything turned out excellent. We shopped for months and found that no one compares with the price for materials and the installation labor costs as we were given by James. And quality of workmanship is stellar! Antonio and his install team were excellent. Worked efficiently and steadily for 3 days to install luxury vinyl plank in out 1685 sf home. They did a beautiful job of adding baseboards and quarter rounds too. Also installers took great care not to have repeating patterns placed near each other. James, the owner, was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me choose the "perfect" luxury vinyl planks according to my standards. Hats off to the Lopez brothers who are the floor installers! They were efficient and hard working people. They moved our heavy wooden furnitures, covered them to be protected from dust, and disassembled (then assembled back) my heavy humongous entertainment center. It took them only two days to complete the job which included removing the old carpet and tiles, as well as disposing of the previous flooring materials. The entire first floor of my house looks so beautiful and presentable. I'm fascinated daily on this transformation that my house almost looks new (esp after repainting the interior and exterior of the house). I've been happy with the install both times. But the carpet was by far the best price for the quality. I shopped around and easily saved over $1000 for even better quality I was looking at from the competitors. It's been over a year with the carpet and I'm happy how it's held up. I went to this establishment for carpet. I must say, the owner, David is the rudest person I have ever encountered and his customer service deserves negative stars. He was so rude that I decided not to buy carpet from Central Floor Supply even though the prices were fairly reasonable. The first strike was when David preceded to argue with me concerning the appointment time for an quote. He sent Eddie out, who by the way was awesome. The prices for the carpet and installation were good and I originally decided to go with Central. However, when I mentioned I needed someone to move furniture for the carpet install, they wanted to charge me an extra $400.00. I told David I was interested in the carpet and he stated he would let Eddie know. However, 3-4 days passed and I had not heard from Eddie or Central Floor Supply. When I followed up with Eddie and he informs me David never relayed my message. On top of that, they were not sure what color carpet I had originally picked out and suggested I come back down to the shop to make sure they have the correct color. Normally, I wouldn't have mind but their location is really far. When I came back down to the shop, David saw me and made no attempt to acknowledge me at all. That's when I decided that I would take my business elsewhere. I went elsewhere and was only charge $50.00 to move my furniture and received a better quality of carpet. read more

I wish I caught the name of the rude man I talked with on the phone yesterday. I was inquiring about a line of luxury vinyl flooring and asked if he had samples I could look at. He asked me if I was buying our flooring through them and I told him I wasn't sure at this time. We're remodeling a cabin and we've only begun looking at and pricing flooring. He replied, "Well, we don't just hand out our samples to everyone." I politely told him I would take my business elsewhere.
