We recently used Central Floor Supply to carpet our entire church -- hallways, classrooms, bathrooms, every room -- and the results are outstanding. This was not a small project for us. It took over a year to save the money to make it happen. Throughout that entire year, Devin Walker stayed in communication with us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us accomplish this goal. He worked with our budget, made adjustments where he could, found savings when possible, and used his experience to offer alternative options that made sense. It never felt like a sales transaction -- it felt like a partnership. When installation began, the crew was just as impressive. They moved everything, handled all the heavy work, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the building looking incredible. The craftsmanship was top-notch. After installation, we had a small issue with one section of carpet. They came back out promptly and corrected it without hesitation. That level of follow-through speaks volumes. We're truly grateful for the quality of work and the customer service Central Floor Supply provided. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

We found central floor supply and went in knowing we wanted to redo carpet in the bedrooms. After getting keys to the new house we chose to add laminate flooring as well. James was so helpful going over pros and cons of flooring making sure we got something that would last us for years and also would stay in our budget. We got to work with Mike, Joel, and Tony as well who were all so very helpful. This is definitely the place to go when considering renovations!! read more

Sent a project message via Yelp, one night around 9p. I needed some carpet installed in a single room and was on a tight timeline. James at CFS responded first. I called the following morning, a Friday, on Monday afternoon my carpet was installed. Wow! He has a good selection of carpet and flooring in stock. He is very knowledgeable about carpet and floors, and really went out of his way to get our project done as quickly as possible. It was a smooth experience. I'd highly recommend this business!! read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have been looking for flooring for such a long time and James was wonderful! They were very knowledgeable and patient. I had tried different stores but James was awesome through this whole process and even had a decorator to help decide coloring of flooring, since I was having such a hard time. Once the flooring was chosen the installers were clean, very thorough and timely. James really seems to care about his clients and takes the time to explain everything, has quality products and great prices. I'm very happy and thankful I chose this company. read more

Antonio was very knowledgeable and welcoming at the Fresno Home Show. When he came to measure the house he brought the two colors of samples that I requested. He let me keep them so I could decide what color I liked best. He was not over bearing or pushy like most salesmen. He very friendly and answered all our questions. The price was competitive. I requested the Lopez Brothers to install the vinyl plank flooring due the reviews I read on yelp and the better business bureau. The Lopez Brothers are amazing! Antonio is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. They take pride in their work. They try to keep the house clean during demolition and installation. The flooring and baseboards are perfect! They did amazing work! I love my new floors! I highly recommend central floor supply and the Lopez Brothers!!!! read more

My wife and I recently bought a condo and we were dismayed to find that after cleaning the carpets, a urine smell we hoped would get better, got a lot worse. I called a few places to get quotes, Central Floor Supply being one of them. I spoke to Eddie on Monday, he came out and gave me a quote on Tuesday, and they installed the carpet in three rooms + closets on Thursday. When places like Home Depot were 5 weeks out and we were moving in on Friday. (The day after Central Floor Supply installed the carpet!) The price was exactly what we needed and the timing was exactly what we needed, and the carpet was installed quickly and it looks great! From start to finish my experience was great and I would 100% recommend Central Floor. read more

I purchased my flooring and used their in-house years ago. I'm looking forward to enjoying it for a long time.

Central Floor Supply gave us the best price by far over the big box stores. Mike, our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being high pressure. James worked with us with financing and scheduling. The samples are very large so it makes it so much easier to make a choice. Antonio and his crew were on time every day, and worked quickly and efficiently. Our LVP floors are beautiful. This home improvement project went much smoother than we every expected. Thank you to James, Mike and the entire crew for making this such a stress free experience. read more

They took out carpet. / check They installed flooring. / check One guy charged extra for installing my own tiles at the hearth./ why more $? The flooring scratched all to hell as soon as furniture moved. / WTF? They replace scratched flooring and appear to install some kind of sealant now. / hmmmm As the last guy leaves, he pushes our new fridge into its nook and creates a flood by breaking the water line to the ice maker. And he's gone. / nice touch. read more

Stumbled upon this store as I was reading reviews for a local competitor. We stopped in to see the selection and talk with the team. We felt like the prices were good as well. We were able to get a measurement same day and ended up purchasing LVP and carpet from CFS. We are very happy with the floors. The installation crew was fast and efficient. The whole process from start to finish was great. We are very happy we found CFS. If you are looking for floors, stop by and see Devinn he will help you out. read more

We went searching for flooring in several different locations. It was a toss up about who we would use. We walked into the door here, and were given great customer service by the employees and the owner. We locked down the look we wanted, and they happened to have what we wanted in surplus. They gave us a price that was nearly 40-50% of normal retail price of the flooring. It went from us window shopping, to us basically walking out the door with about 2000 sqft of flooring. They threw in underlayment and were generous enough to deliver and unload at our house. Can't beat the price. Can't beat the kindness. The plan is to go back and grab the baseboards from them too. Those are also cheaper than what we are finding at Lowe's or Home Depot. read more

Central flooring prices were reasonable and very nice quality. James has something for every budget, and style. It wasn't hard to get a few samples of LVP, and carpet samples to take home.... Purchasing our choice was very easy. James had it delivered on a Saturday (even though they are closed). James was available for questions, during which we found out he had other building products such as base boards which we purchased from them. James, and Antonio continually gave us excellent customer service. Our carpet install went well, we installed our LVP, and Everything turned out excellent. We will be using Central Flooring in the future plus would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. To sum it up: Beats big-box stores, Awesome to work with, good in stock materials, free measuring and delivery. Local brick and mortar. James and his team were exceptional to work with. read more

As new business owners in search of some commercial vinyl flooring, being referred to Central Floor Supply by our neighbor was the best decision. We had originally planned to get flooring through a big name company, but so glad we didn't! Dave was knowledgable, honest and patient with us. He took the time to show us different options of what we wanted. We went and got a comparable quote through a different wholesale company, and that was a HUGE waste of time. We went back to CFS and made our purchase. Dave was so helpful, and definitely went above and beyond during our transaction. read more

10 stars!!!!! Fantastic. Forget the local competitors and the big box stores. No one will give you such top flight quality as James and his team at Central Floor Supply. We shopped for months and found that no one compares with the price for materials and the installation labor costs as we were given by James. And quality of workmanship is stellar! Antonio and his install team were excellent. Worked efficiently and steadily for 3 days to install luxury vinyl plank in out 1685 sf home. They did a beautiful job of adding baseboards and quarter rounds too. Also installers took great care not to have repeating patterns placed near each other. Communications with owner James and installer Antonio were clear and timely. We appreciated that call backs were very fast. Questions answered thoroughly. We are extremely happy that we went with James for our flooring. Would definitely recommend!!! read more

Excellent service from marketing, measurement, customer service, and actual floor installation. James, the owner, was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me choose the "perfect" luxury vinyl planks according to my standards. Hats off to the Lopez brothers who are the floor installers! They were efficient and hard working people. They moved our heavy wooden furnitures, covered them to be protected from dust, and disassembled (then assembled back) my heavy humongous entertainment center. It took them only two days to complete the job which included removing the old carpet and tiles, as well as disposing of the previous flooring materials. The entire first floor of my house looks so beautiful and presentable. I'm fascinated daily on this transformation that my house almost looks new (esp after repainting the interior and exterior of the house). I would use this same company to do the second floor next time. I highly recommend Central Floor Supply read more

I looked everywhere trying to find the right flooring and it can be extremely overwhelming but was referred to Central Floor supply. Having one place that you can find and get everything at good price, amazing customer service and plenty of options makes remodeling so much less stressful. James has been incredible with answering all my questions, extremely knowledgeable and best prices around town. All of his material is top quality and his staff is great. Hands down the best flooring place in Central Valley. They have it all there. Vinyl flooring, wood flooring, tile, carpet, quartz countertops, baseboards. They let you take live size samples home so you can actually see what it would look like in your home. Making it easier to make a decision on a big purchase. One place with everything. They have two locations. One off Ashlan and this one. If I could give them 10 stars i would that's how amazing my experience has been with Central Floor Supply. read more

This review is long overdue. I've used Central Floor Supply twice now, first with a contractor for vinyl flooring and then again for carpet in the bedrooms. I've been happy with the install both times. But the carpet was by far the best price for the quality. I shopped around and easily saved over $1000 for even better quality I was looking at from the competitors. It's been over a year with the carpet and I'm happy how it's held up. I only dealt with James and Eddie, who were both fantastic. read more

I went to this establishment for carpet. I must say, the owner, David is the rudest person I have ever encountered and his customer service deserves negative stars. He was so rude that I decided not to buy carpet from Central Floor Supply even though the prices were fairly reasonable. The first strike was when David preceded to argue with me concerning the appointment time for an quote. He sent Eddie out, who by the way was awesome. The prices for the carpet and installation were good and I originally decided to go with Central. However, when I mentioned I needed someone to move furniture for the carpet install, they wanted to charge me an extra $400.00. I told David I was interested in the carpet and he stated he would let Eddie know. However, 3-4 days passed and I had not heard from Eddie or Central Floor Supply. When I followed up with Eddie and he informs me David never relayed my message. On top of that, they were not sure what color carpet I had originally picked out and suggested I come back down to the shop to make sure they have the correct color. Normally, I wouldn't have mind but their location is really far. When I came back down to the shop, David saw me and made no attempt to acknowledge me at all. That's when I decided that I would take my business elsewhere. I went elsewhere and was only charge $50.00 to move my furniture and received a better quality of carpet. read more

Best Customer Service! It has been hard finding exception service lately and this placed did it. Every step of the way they made the process easy and painless....even on the pocketbook! I wish I caught the name of the rude man I talked with on the phone yesterday. I was inquiring about a line of luxury vinyl flooring and asked if he had samples I could look at. He asked me if I was buying our flooring through them and I told him I wasn't sure at this time. We're remodeling a cabin and we've only begun looking at and pricing flooring. He replied, "Well, we don't just hand out our samples to everyone." I politely told him I would take my business elsewhere. We try to support the smaller businesses in town when we can, but not when their customer service is lacking. read more
