After shopping for carpet at one of the big box stores and getting sticker shock, we decided that…read morewe would stop at Flooring Liquidators. At first, we noticed their prices seemed significantly lower than the big box store. We narrowed it down to 2 samples and had a representative come out to our home to measure. While there, he wrote up a quote for each carpet which ended up being about the same with the different incentives offered. One of quotes was a bit higher, but came with the top quality carpet and a new recommended vacuum cleaner. We chose that one. The installer did not bring the vacuum cleaner. He said we would have to visit the store to pick it up. So we called and were told that there was a minimum purchase of 500 square feet in order to get the vacuum cleaner. It makes sense, but we failed to see the fine print and so did the representative when he gave us the quote. I took my original estimate to Flooring Liquidators and the manager verified that there was indeed a 500 square foot minimum order. I then showed him the original quote which included the vacuum cleaner and he said, "We back everything that is writing." He then turned around, got my new vacuum cleaner off the shelf, made a copy of my paperwork and I was on my way. Good for you, Flooring Liquidators!!! You stand behind your word. That is rare these days and I'll certainly be back!!

Charles who I was in touch with was Phenomenal. He found my exact flooring and ordered it for me to perfectly match the existing flooring. Everything from my first phone call to updates on the order made the process awesome. They took care of me and got my vinyl ordered. I also picked up a mop for the new flooring and some plastic rolls to lay under. They are all so knowledgeable. I installed it myself but they made themselves available for me to help answer any questions. What a team! Everyone was wonderful. We used All American to redo our flooring for our downstairs (which included removing kitchen…read moretile), stairs, and primary closet, all while I was coordinating a kitchen remodel on the tightest timeline (less than one month for the kitchen to be done). Not only was our project handled professionally, but our sales rep was essential in recommending other professionals such as the stone supplier for our counter tops who we were so pleased with because hifg quality professionals know other high quality professionals! The owners were great with ordering materials, even when we realized we didn't have enough transition pieces. They got them in quick enough to install them before the whole project was completed and added a small (3x3) closet for free to make up for the mistake. The guy handling our project was easy to get in touch with and his crew was reliable and showed up when they were supposed to, worked steadily, and even redid one section when asked because the floor underneath was slightly off kilter and needed an adjustment. They were all polite and respectful, and the job was executed beautifully! Any problems that arose were minimally and were handled at the company's expense and quickly which is ideal! If I had another flooring project they'd be the first place I'd go!

We had been unable to find the flooring we wanted for our new guest room at any of the flooring…read morestores we'd stopped at around town. The hubby was very specific about getting luxury vinyl plank flooring, but of a commercial grade (long lasting and durable) and glue down (no movement in the flooring). We were in Clovis, so we stopped at Carpet Mill Outlet to see what they had. They had several color options to choose from. I was looking for a gray color for a beach-y look. Score! They had a perfect one, no brown tones to make it look dirty. Yes, I'm very picky. Lol. We were planning on just buying the product and the hubby was going to install it. Buddy, the owner and guy who helped us, gave us such a good deal that we had his guy do the installation. It only took a few days for them to get the LVPs in and it was installed right away. The guy who put in the flooring did a really good job. Check them out out great a selection (carpet, too) and awesome prices!

We initially planned on going with laminate, but he recommended LVP--and we couldn't be happier that we listened. We chose the Coretec 8mm Eastoak, and we love the texture, how comfortable it feels underfoot, and that it stayed within our budget. Adrian was also very patient while we explored island countertop options. The in-store selection was limited, so he kindly ordered one for us to view. Although the warehouse was a bit far and we ultimately went elsewhere for more on-site options, we still appreciated his effort and support. Our contractor, John from J's Flooring, who was recommended to us by Adrian, did an amazing job with the installation. He and his crew completed everything in just three days. They were professional, efficient, and even move our heavy furniture. John is also very knowledgeable--he had recommended LVP as well and even left us with a thinner sample during our initial quote, which we appreciated. We are so happy we no longer have carpet in the house. It makes such a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with how everything turned out.
