This is NOT a trustworthy company, and you should probably avoid doing any business with them. After having one of their shifty salespeople come to our house to answer questions and give us a quote for the work we needed done, we decided to accept their quote get put on their schedule. Then shortly thereafter the owner Jason, called and left me a message to state they would NOT be doing the job at our home, with NO reason given as to why......?? And after I called him back and left him a message to please explain this strange decision, and texting him back also, asking him for a reason why they were now declining to do our job, I received NO response from him whatsoever...... Based upon the behavior of the original salesman, and the even stranger behavior of the owner Jason, I would be cautious doing any business with these folks, as they clearly run a sketchy operation with little care for their clients. read more

I've been working with Jason for a number of years on a few residential projects. In 2020, I asked him to blend two epoxy finishes (metallic + flake) for a restaurant floor and he didn't hesitate to accept the challenge. He's one of the most impeccable persons I've had the pleasure to work with. Just recently he completed the floor to my new office and I can not be happier with his skillset. As always, I bend the envelope with ideas and he accepts. With this floor, the idea was to abut the epoxy to the side of the carpet tile...please see photos. He is diligent about getting his work done in the allotted time slot and if not done right the first time, he will come back as needed to finish. He's also very clean and when his job is done, he'll vacuum up all the leftover debris as well as anything else that needs cleaning. I wish more people were like Jason! I first messaged Intricate Coatings about a price estimate for garage floor epoxy and was pleasantly surprised when I received a response the same day. Two stars because the price was right. The painters only did one coat, even when the paint instructions clearly recommend two. Also, I do not feel they spent much time prepping. Finally, they did not clean up, paint chips and saw dust were left behind. I spoke with the company and was promised a call back.
