This is NOT a trustworthy company, and you should probably avoid doing any business with them. After having one of their shifty salespeople come to our house to answer questions and give us a quote for the work we needed done, we decided to accept their quote get put on their schedule. Then shortly thereafter the owner Jason, called and left me a message to state they would NOT be doing the job at our home, with NO reason given as to why......?? And after I called him back and left him a message to please explain this strange decision, and texting him back also, asking him for a reason why they were now declining to do our job, I received NO response from him whatsoever...... Based upon the behavior of the original salesman, and the even stranger behavior of the owner Jason, I would be cautious doing any business with these folks, as they clearly run a sketchy operation with little care for their clients. read more

From start to finish this was an extremely pleasant experience. After getting several quotes, I decided to give Mach One a shot, as they seemed very honest, answered all my questions and were punctual. I received text updates and reminders letting me know when they were arriving, leaving for the day, returning, instructions on drying time etc. So professional, especially in this environment of flakey contractors. It turned out gorgeous, like an extension of my house! Thank you Mach One! read more

Great experience from start to finish with the epoxy coating of our 30 year old garage. Jason & Bella of Intricate Coatings are prompt, reliable and very easy to work with. Jason appeared on time for the estimate, was very knowledgeable & informative, and thorough in his description of the process. Bella was very prompt in responding with the written estimate & with scheduling of the job. Their price was lower than other estimates & the outcome is excellent! Our floor looks great...we couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate to use Intricate Coatings! read more

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the finished space! The guys did such a good job on the floor and were so easy to work with. They were on time, communicated along the way, and were very helpful making sure we knew how long to let everything dry so we didn't mess up their work. It looks like a professional showroom floor and I think the price was well worth it for the result. It's light years above what we would have been able to do ourselves with something off the shelf. read more

I requested an estimate from Intricate Coatings and they were super quick to respond asking to see the exterior paint job I was inquiring about. We set an appointment and they were at location on time and gave a very detailed explanation about how they do their work and what to expect throughout the job. He was very patient and answered all of my questions with detail. Their bid was highly competitive and fair. I praise their professionalism, great communication practices and their integrity. I will certainly refer and do business with them again in the future! read more

I've been working with Jason for a number of years on a few residential projects. In 2020, I asked him to blend two epoxy finishes (metallic + flake) for a restaurant floor and he didn't hesitate to accept the challenge. He's one of the most impeccable persons I've had the pleasure to work with. Just recently he completed the floor to my new office and I can not be happier with his skillset. As always, I bend the envelope with ideas and he accepts. With this floor, the idea was to abut the epoxy to the side of the carpet tile...please see photos. He is diligent about getting his work done in the allotted time slot and if not done right the first time, he will come back as needed to finish. He's also very clean and when his job is done, he'll vacuum up all the leftover debris as well as anything else that needs cleaning. I wish more people were like Jason! Thank you Mach One...I can't wait for the next challenge. read more

I don't typically write reviews but my wife and I were very impressed with Intricate Coatings so I felt the need, especially during the current state of affairs. All around they did a great job and payed close attention to detail. We had them paint our interior kitchen cabinets, house exterior, a stem wall and our water tanks. The owner Jason was very professional and courteous. He quoted a really competitive price and delivered on all of the details we discussed in the initial walk. His crew was really nice and courteous and they did whatever was needed to make us happy. We will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Great service, quality work! I used Intricate Coatings for the following: exterior pressure wash, garage epoxy, and interior paint ( to include the texture and painting of my garage). I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and I highly recommend them. Jason and Bella were there to make sure my expectations were met. Another aspect of my experience that I really enjoyed was that Jason filmed the garage epoxy application process and submitted the video to the epoxy manufacturer to ensure that I receive the full lifetime warranty of the product. read more

Jason, veteran and owner of Intricate Coatings did a fabulous paint job on my home. His business came to the immediate rescue when my original hired painter ditched the job that I had hired him to do. When I reached out to Intricate Coatings and shared what I was going through they immediately came to the rescue and picked up the project within a week. I was impressed with how professional he and his crew was in getting the job done. They were quick and very detail oriented from the beginning of the project to the very end. I had a great experience with Jason/Belle and company and would recommend this veteran-owned painting business to anybody on any given day. Jason is a straight up guy who takes pride in his company's workmanship while offering honest and affordable pricing. More importantly he and his company takes great care of their customers. If you want a professional, affordable and a great looking paint job do not hesitate in reaching out to these guys! Where do I begin? I loved working with Intricate Coatings, Jason and Bella. I first messaged Intricate Coatings about a price estimate for garage floor epoxy and was pleasantly surprised when I received a response the same day. It's clear by the level of communication that they definitely care about their clients and want to provide the best possible customer service to go along with their product. Jason was punctual for the on-site estimate I promptly received more information from Bella via email. I never felt like I needed to contact them for more information because they were already one step ahead! When it came time to start the project, everything adhered to a schedule and was finished on time with no issues. To say I appreciate the work they did on my garage floor is an understatement. The finished garage floor turned out great (we went with grey and size 6- small flakes). This company does great work and is so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Jason did an excellent job on my epoxy flooring. He was on time and thorough during the process. Both Jason and Bella were quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend. Thank you! read more

Two stars because the price was right. The painters only did one coat, even when the paint instructions clearly recommend two. Also, I do not feel they spent much time prepping. Finally, they did not clean up, paint chips and saw dust were left behind. I spoke with the company and was promised a call back. I never received one. 2 Stars, would use again if I couldn't find a better price somewhere else. read more

Very professional. had the owner out to do an estimate this week for an exterior . Was well kept unlike the other fools that showed up to give estimates on painting. If your looking for a painter I would think the estimator would show up professional and neat. One guy even showed up with out an appointment. This really pissed me off. I'm hoping that my parents go with Jason on this. read more

Intricate Coatings is a first class operation. Jason showed up on time, communicated exactly what he was going to do, and he did it. While not the cheapest quote I had, I felt that knowing the person who was doing the work was better than a crew of 5 strangers having access to my home. Worth every penny! Jason also helped fix my garage floor, which had been peeling epoxy for 3 years. It now looks brand new and beautiful. Will do business with Intricate Coatings again. read more

This company was amazing. We had them paint the exterior as well as the interior of our home. They expedited the job when we told them that we needed it done quickly as we were putting our house on the market. They also gave us a 10% military discount since our son is in the army and had just returned from a year deployment in Iraq. The owner, Jason was great about making sure every tiny detail we found that needed attention was done. He never increased the price when something needed fixing. The end result was immaculate and we couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was very considerate and extremely careful with making sure there was no overspray or paint splatters or messes on our property. Every day they cleaned up before they left. They were also very prompt on the job. We never had to wonder if they would show in the mornings or worry that they wouldn't come back when they said they would. Highly recommend this company!! read more

Found the business on Groupon. Looked at the Yelp reviews with most being positive. Gave them a call and set up an initial appointment. The owner Jason can out with another employee and gave me a bid. The price was reasonable so we set a date for the job. Jason and his crew did a great job with prep. They had to deal with one of our only rain storms but adjusted their schedule to complete the job in a timely manner. They honored the Groupon price even though I had not purchased it prior to the bid. They also painted a shed I had to match the house. Another extra they did without charging me more. Great company, great employees and they take pride in the work they do. read more

Terrific job! My house went from drab to cheery and bright. Jason and his team pressure washed and painted the trim of my newly purchased home. I couldn't be more pleased with Intricate Coatings and the awesome job they did painting the exterior of my home! Jason and his team were professional, respectful, and a true pleasure to work with! Jason personally came out and gave me a quote in about 20 minutes. Other painting contractors we met with came by and said they would call me with a quote in 24-48 hours (as if they needed to think long and hard on what to charge me). Needless to say, Intricate Coatings gave me one of the most competitive quotes and the fact that they are licensed, bonded and carry insurance was important to me. We love the way our house turned out and it's the talk of our neighborhood! The fact that three of my neighbors have hired Intricate Coatings since our house was painted is testament alone of how good they are! HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring them for your painting needs! Thanks again Jason and Team! read more

I would hire this company again in a second! Based on a referral from my brother-in-law, I contacted Intricate Coatings for a quote to paint the exterior of my house. Bella was quick to respond to arrange a time and Jason, the owner, came out promptly. He was courteous, friendly and very detailed. We walked the property and he explained every step that would be taken to prep my house for the paint. I felt very assured that the crew would do a great job. Bella kept me informed every step of the way regarding matching colors, scheduling of the job, arrival times, etc. It was obvious that best customer service is one of their top priorities. Their crew was top notch also! Very friendly guys, fastidious, professional and always on time. On the last day, they hustled to complete the back of the house first, so I could let my dogs back out into the yard after being cooped up inside for three days. My house looks great!
