Highly recommend this company Valley Woodworking. I had a several cabinetry men come in to my home to paint my cabinets and each one of them destroyed my cabinets, they never brought back my cabinet doors, stole my materiaI. I was at a loss at this point. I had started my kitchen renovation in May it was already August and my cabinets were still not done. No cabinet doors on them, so I started looking for a cabinet guy and I read several reviews and saw Vic name pop up in a lot of positive reviews, so I thought to myself let me call him and see what he says. Remember I'm at a point where I don't know who to trust, since I had several other people steal from me, and took my money and cabinet doors. He came in looked at my cabinets, asked questions , and here I'm nervous cause I know he's thinking he has to fix someone else's work and nobody wants to do that , so I'm thinking he's not going to want to do the job and I totally would understand. Then he turns to us and says YES I can fix this. I was shocked but Happy but still scared. Then he proceeded to ask me exactly what did I want done to the cabinets ? color, style, he took measurements, gave me a time frame and OMG!!!! He deliver with excellence, He came through with everything he said he would do and some. My cabinets are absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!! Would Highly Recommend 10/10. With a great sense of humor and he was so positive about everything even we he came across an issue he would say " don't worry I can fix it" and he did. Picture say a 10000 words. BIC is the BEST!!!!! Words can not even express my Appreciation to this company. Thank You Vic.

I called after the contractor was 30 minutes late. A scheduling service answered and confirmed I did have an appointment but they were unable to contact the personnel or the manager. They assured me they would be in contact. I have not heard one peep from the rude company. I was livid. They only do appointments on certain days and I had to take off work to ACCOMMODATE THEM! Finding a good contractor is HARD. After several contractors came out to give me quotes, some were…read morecrazy expensive, some never sent back the quote and were impossible to get in touch with, but Italish was timely, and very reasonable, which I felt was a great start to my kitchen remodel. All good remodel projects have roadblocks and complications. Great projects have contractors that are willing to work with you to get through those issues. From pandemic delays in appliance delivery to discovering the cabinets I was trying to preserve weren't salvageable, Rodney and his team were with me every step of the way. Rodney, Shane, and Corey were all professional, considerate, and very pleasurable to work with. They made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything along the way and were attentive to all my requests. They kept the work environment cleaned up every day and I always felt comfortable having them in my home. I started the project and shortly after demo realized my cabinets were not in a condition we could keep and I needed all new cabinets. While this can be a shock to any unplanned cost, Rodney gave me options and was patient with me as I made the decision on which route to take. We needed to get power under the floor through the concrete slab - and the team put on their creative hats and worked with me to get what we needed without needing to tear up my newer floor, I was so happy! My project was largely done minus the appliance delivery and install. Rodney let me know it was no problem, and that they would come back and install as soon as they were delivered. Five months later when they finally arrived, he sent his crew out to get things done! Italish prides themselves on getting a job done right, and they live up to every ounce of that promise. The customer service was top notch! If I have any future project needs, I would definitely work with Italish again!

In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.
