Love this business they helped our client out very last minute with a beautiful banner and table cloth that we requested from their services. The overall service was amazing!! They worked around the clock to get this completed for us. The value for a last minute project was also perfect and in our budget. Couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you for all your hard work :) read more

I went into USA Printing for help in scanning a bunch of papers, even though Brian was right in the middle of a project, he bent over backwards to accommodate me RIGHT AWAY. Not only is this business the best customer service model around town, it knows how to deliver at the right price and turn around time cannot be beat! I AM coming back!! It beats the big copier stores that make you wait forever at the counter just to find out they can't help you because they aren't in that department, USA, simply the best!! read more

We have all of our signs, polos, and stickers done here. They do quality work and have great customer service. They are very accommodating, as I have a puppy that has to travel with me for the time being and they allow him to come in with me. I drive 40 minutes each way to come to this location and it's definitely worth it! Thank you. read more

This place is awesome! I purchased a pretty big Clock for my Dads retirement and wanted the center to be personalized with a quote and kids names. I went to 4, Four! Other businesses and they all wanted nothing to do with me. I walked in here and I forget the name of the gentlemen who helped me but they were all so sweet! Charged me $25 for a personalized vinyl decal and installation! I HIGHLY recommend them & I'm super picky! read more

Very disappointed. I have never heard of this company until I drove past it one day. I needed some real estate signs made, and since they are open on the weekend, I thought it might be useful to give them a try. It's been almost two weeks, and they still aren't finished with the 5 signs I ordered. $500 later, I would think they would try to maybe finish them a bit sooner. The quality of the signs are average... I don't think the owner really cares about the client, as long as he makes his money. I will not go back here. read more

I made the initial mistake of ordering my Save the Date postcards for my wedding online from some so-called "discounted" overnight online printers. When I received my online order, the colors were washed out and the printing quality was sub-par. The corners were also rounded, which the USPS does not mail. In a panic, I searched for printers in the vicinity and came across USA Printing and Graphics. I brought my postcards to the office with the hopes of salvaging them and having them trimmed, but I chose to have the printing completely redone by USA Printing when I saw the quality product they provided. I am very glad that I did. The printing quality is excellent. Even though I didn't have my computer screen at home calibrated for the presses, the colors for my Save the Date came out vibrant and the image quality was crisp, just as I had envisioned when I was designing the postcard. I would definitely recommend them for their level of customer service and will have my invitations printed with them in October. read more

I have been doing business with the team at USA Printing and Graphics for several years now. The reason I use them is simply because they will get me a product as fast as they can when I am in need. I recently moved locations and needed updated business cards for an event that was coming up. I requested a high end plastic card and Shan made it very clear that it would take 7-10 days to get them. I needed them in 48 hours. Understanding that I still urgently needed cards he offered to print me some cards on regular card stock that he completed in less than 10 minutes. Even though they were on regular card stock they looked great and got the job done. There was a reveiw on 5/28/2014 and all I can say is that some people are never happy. Even when they get a sign the same day they are ordered it. The quality will be average, again when a yard sign is prepared the same day. The finished product may be better but it needs to be understood that there is a process that must take place in order to get that quality and that process may take a week or 2. Shan and his team are great people and they run an awesome small family business. I would recommend them for any job no matter the size. read more

I've had the Pleasure to visit & do business with USA twice now. I would like to say the customer service is excellent. Jason was really helpful and went beyond the service I previously had received at Kinkos /Fed Ex. Although 2 sided copies was all I needed, Jason was cheerful and competent. In order for my pages to look "perfect" Jason asked if I had a few minutes. I left to run some errands and Jason said he would call my cell when he got the job done. I continued on my way. Within 10 minutes, Jason was on my cell, stating the job was completed. Impressive customer service! Inexpensive and I felt like, even though the job was small, Jason made me feel important to the business. Also, I would like to say, there is a young lady there by the name of Cassandra, who was very nice and polite. She had a Big smile then entire time I was in their business. I definitely recommend USA Printing for their excellent customer service. read more

USA Graphics & Design always does an awesome job! I have gone through them twice this last year and they always did an excellent job!

They were great. Went to staples to try to print my invitations and I did not receive any help. It was frustrating. Looked Usa printing up and just went there. the receptionist was very helpful over the phone, and the staff was great! They even were able to print out my 300 + invitations over night. Just wanted to say that both the guys that work in there are so knowledgeable and helpful. They were the only ones in Visalia that would help us with our plans for a solar job. The plans needed to be approved by the city. They were not only done the same day I came in to show him in the first place. But the city was even impressed at how good the plans looked. Thank you guys. I would recommend you to anybody! read more
