When I noticed it,, the woman was really nice about it and told me they could "fix it right away". They called me about two hours later to notify me they were "fixed". The man/owner Mike, was rude when I told him I will pay full price even though I will likely never wear them because it does not look right. The "H" that was fixed into an "N" looks ugly and sloppy. They just stitched over it converting it into the N. I asked will I be required to pay full price, given their mistakes and waste of my time/inconvenience. He said yes, full price. I said I was displeased and unsatisfied with the quality/appearance, he said "if we would have caught the mistake and fixed it before you saw it you would never have known/noticed". It's literally ugly and obvious. All of my colleagues agree. I will never wear them. I ended up agreeing to pay full price, respectfully but let him know that I was disappointed with the quality I'm receiving. He said "well the rest of the hospital loves our work". This statement does not apply to me in this situation right now. Personally, he was rude & inconsiderate. To recover a poor situation the least you could do would be discount the product to try to recover a crappy customer experience. I suppose his company needs the money more than I do. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMEND.

I never had a single problem and anything I ordered arrived promptly and any special needs like patch sewing, etc. got done professionally and with great speed. If they didn't have my particular uniform need in stock, it got ordered was usually delivered in two weeks. If you cannot wait, order the items yourself but I love this place! I am sorry so many people say the employees are rude, they never answer their phones, etc. Maybe there have been problems but I also know how well they have treated me. And I never heard a cross word there or saw an unhappy customer. Great place!

As I questioned where my chairs went and why they were moved she rudely interrupted me and pointed to her business to let me know she owned the business that was behind the chair setup. City sidewalks do not work that way MA'AM. I hope she feels really good about the example she set on Monday before parade scattering our toddler's chairs to the street. Don't complain that mine were set out early either, your husband (Chris Wilson) told me he set your chairs up at 9am. 45 minute difference from when we went. In all the years I've set up, I've never had this problem. I'm all for supporting local small businesses but will not be supporting Beatwear who thinks they're entitled to the city sidewalk.
