So, in a pinch, I got on Yelp and made one phone call to American T's. Dorie picked up the phone at about 3:30 pm on a Tuesday, for shirts that absolutely had to be ready by Friday night. I thought it would be impossible, but after talking to Dorie she thought she could make it work. We were emailing back and forth late that night to set up the design. In fact, she talked me out of my initial design because she thought she could save us some money with a similar golf polo for half the price! We just picked up the shirts (Friday afternoon) and they look great. The team is really excited to have them. She really didn't have to work so hard for the order - it was our mistake to leave it to the last minute, but she made sure it happened. The gal that answers the phone usually can't answer my question, so she put me on hold.....forever! The straw that broke the camels back was today. I've done work with many t-shirt/embroidery companies over the last two decades. One of the things I ask right off the bat is, "Do you share the artwork and EMB files (the ones they create when digitizing your logo) once the job is done. The previous salesmen said, "Of course". Legally, they are yours, you paid for them to be created. However, today I spoke with a salesmen from Printasaurus, I'll leave his name out of it, and he told me they don't share EMB files. He told me that if they charged me hundreds of dollars then they could share it with me. I want to clarify that anytime I've ever had a company digitize anything for me, they've always shared it, it's my file that I paid for. I can't help but feel that this salesmen is insecure about giving me the EMB file because he believes I'll just shop around to all the other embroidery shops in town and go with the cheapest one. To add insult to injury, he tried to give me a "Michael Scott School of Business" type business lesson. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not be doing business with them anymore.

This place is absolutely awful and can't believe they are in business. I've taken various items in…read morethree time. Each time the items were not completed as promised. Approximately two weeks ago I took in a work jacket to have my name embroidered on it. I was promised it would be completed in two days. However, knowing from previous experience I knew he wouldn't get it done in two days, so I told the guy I would pick it up in one week. The following week I went to pick up my jacket. Of course, the jacket wasn't completed. I returned five days later and again it wasn't done.... not even started. When I reminded the guy I dropped my jacket off two weeks prior and he hasn't even started it. He just looked at me with a stupid look and said, "yeah"...... Not even apologetic. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It is Obvious customer service is NOT a priority. I truly hope and I'm sure it will, goes out of business!!!! I live in Kingsburg and support local businesses. However, I will never go back to this place and will discourage anyone too. I believe this business has been in KINGSBURG for a few years (I can't understand why) and I'm amazed there are only TWO reviews . I believe that is a red flag!!! Especially since I've talked to four other people and they had the similar experience as I did.
