Everything!!! Someone recommended this place and spoke so highly of them but what a disappointment. I dropped off my polo shirt to have done on March 14th and as of today, it's still not done. On their order form, pick up date was marked March 28th so I tried picking it up a few days after that, just to be told again, it's not done. And what I found to be even more unprofessional was, the owner himself, without even greeting me, immediately ask (in an annoyed tone of voice), "did someone call you?" It appeared that he already knew i haven't been called. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I ended up leaving, without my shirts. It's now April 22nd and I still haven't received a call that my order has been completed so I finally decided to just go pick up my shirts, with confidence of knowing they still haven't started on my order, sure enough, I was right. Thomas is a dedicated business owner and Amelia and Ish ensured my urgent needs were accommodated regardless of the inconvenience late on a Friday. My son's soccer uniform did not arrive on time and he needed a number on his practice jersey on a Friday for game on Sunday. I tried a M&M in Clovis at 2:30 and was told they couldn't help me because they close at 3:00. I called another shop in Clovis and owner was driving and didn't want to go back to the shop. I called CA Embroidery and they said they were two weeks out on orders but referred me to Stitch Master.
