I walked in with a very small job (monograms on 8 items), but despite the fact that he had many huge orders pending, he assured me that they would make time for my order. He worked on the design with me, gave me a print out to review, then his main man, Ishmael, even provided me with a sample of what the monogram would look like on a similar piece of fabric. I went to Stitch Master a year ago to make a custom sweatshirt for my father for Christmas. I had previously ordered a screen print sweatshirt from another retailer and it was poorly made. I was obviously disappointed with the results and was desperate to find a place who could make another one with short notice. Every other place I went to required 3-5 days notice. It was a couple days before Christmas, and though he was extremely busy with other orders, he stayed late and came early the next morning to finish the job. He worked with me on every detail. Thomas was amazing! He squeezed me in and worked with me. He accidentally double booked me and another, but was able to accommodate both of us. I wanted only one custom direct to garment print. I didn't have it on a thumb as he asked so I was able to email the image to him. He had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, and i couldnt believe how cheap it was! Now, I wouldn't recommend short notice orders, do make an appointment, and expect a couple days turn around. However if Thomas can help you then and there he will.
