Well today is March 2nd and I never heard back from him. The worst part of this experience is that I have 13 youth basketball players that did not receive shirts to celebrate their outstanding season.

Damaged as well. *waited an hour for them to come up with a make shift fix. The jacket was ruined. My son is in the Navy and they knew that. I had one chance to make this jacket right. It had already been altered to fit him. This jacket was for his Wedding day on 12/22!! My son flies in and refuses to wear the jacket. I hunt around town and finally found one that we have no option but to use. My son is 6'3" and thin. It's not easy to find suit jackets to fit him. I found the UPS representative very unhelpful and somewhat rude. Will not be going back.
