I dropped off my order and a week later I have them trying to give me someone else's clothes. I explain the sizes of my clothes that I dropped off, they proceeded to call me a liar. They say they have an invoice saying one size and a bag with someone's clothes with a different size (already proving they have no idea what they are talking about). My order was one of several getting the same thing embroidered, however I am my own paying customer and dropped of my items on my own and according to the lady because it was "part of the group" they just threw them all together. She told me there was a chance someone else my group could have gotten my clothes but that wasn't her fault. So it's not her fault she gave my clothes so someone else, make that make sense. I did ask around and no one has them, she attempted to get me to claim the clothes that were the wrong size and I declined, so the best she did was refund for the embroidery, but I'm still without the clothes with them taking no responsibility. I also saw the work on not my clothes and it look terrible, give your business to someone who actually takes accountability when the mess up and actually attempts to fix it. That was the first and last time I step in that establishment. It's zero stars for me.

I did business with Printasaurus for a couple of years with a specific salesmen. The salesmen moved…read moreon but we continued to do light business with them because they did a fine job in the past. Our experience as of late has been more than frustrating. The gal that answers the phone usually can't answer my question, so she put me on hold.....forever! The straw that broke the camels back was today. I've done work with many t-shirt/embroidery companies over the last two decades. One of the things I ask right off the bat is, "Do you share the artwork and EMB files (the ones they create when digitizing your logo) once the job is done. The previous salesmen said, "Of course". Legally, they are yours, you paid for them to be created. However, today I spoke with a salesmen from Printasaurus, I'll leave his name out of it, and he told me they don't share EMB files. He told me that if they charged me hundreds of dollars then they could share it with me. I want to clarify that anytime I've ever had a company digitize anything for me, they've always shared it, it's my file that I paid for. I can't help but feel that this salesmen is insecure about giving me the EMB file because he believes I'll just shop around to all the other embroidery shops in town and go with the cheapest one. To add insult to injury, he tried to give me a "Michael Scott School of Business" type business lesson. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not be doing business with them anymore.

I wanna start this off by saying that Edith is a very sweet woman, I had my wedding dress altered…read moreby her. It looks really amazing, I'm only giving three stars because I felt there was no communication with her outside of being physically in the shop. I made an appointment with her for July 11th. At my first appointment, we talked about what I wanted done hemming in the front, added bustle, and a modesty panel behind my corset back, and she also recommended what she would like to do to my dress to make it fit better. After she had put all the pins in she gave me my receipt and said to come back in three weeks on August 1st and it would be finished. She messaged me on July 30th asking me to come on the 2nd instead. I agreed. Now when I had went three weeks later, I expected the dress to be done since she never told me otherwise. Only the hemming on the bottom of the dress was done, but then a she started to pin the underside of my dress for my bustles again. My mom was with me at the appointment, she asked her if she needed to redo the pinning for the bustles she said yes. After this, she said to come back in one week on August 10th and it'll be done. Again. We were on our way (mind you my mom lives an hour away, and I live 30 minutes away), we hit some traffic and I messaged to her let her know we'd be a few minutes late. She didn't respond until we were outside her building, she said the dress wasn't done because she needed to order the bustles and they were arriving until Thursday August 13th. She did apologize for not letting us know, but at this point we were already there. She said it would be done on Saturday August 15th, this time it was done and it looked amazing. She did give us a discount for the inconvenience of coming to Visalia since she didn't let us know the dress was not done on August 10th. She was apologetic for that, and a really sweet woman. I would just say to try and over communicate with her on your end and ask plenty of questions so pickups and what you're needing done is clear.
