i went in with my brother before an appointment around 9:20 we were shopping around i bought $530…read moreof merchandise at the store, they were constantly following us around which i understood kind of since we were in there for a while looking through the stuff but when it was time to pay i was putting everything in the counter and the worker was scanning items and removing tags i thought she was bagging my things but she was actually putting all my stuff on the floor she had an attitude the whole time towards me and my brother and im a really talkative person i was trying to make small talk since there was a lot of items but she had an attitude so i decided to shut up and let her do her job since i understand people have bad days however after she put all my stuff on the ground she picked them up and practically threw them in the counter and was staring at me with a stank face i asked if she could please bag my things since my mom had left us at the store and went to go buy some things at a grocery near by so we would have to wait for her to come back so we could leave she rudely told me they didn't have bags in the moment me and my brother clearly seen they had bags but we weren't trying to cause a scene so we just put everything in the cart as we were about to leave i looked over and seen my pink cheetah blanket that i had already payed for in the ground and i told her she forgot my blanket she gave me it and me and my brother were trying to figure out how we were going to take out all the stuff since we can't take carts out the store, i went back and bought another blanket set that i was debating on taking while we waited since we were already there and i got back in line there was a lady in front of me with nothing in her hands she asked the employee where they had gift cards and she pointed in the direction where they were she said she'd go grab one and a couple other things she needed so i assumed since she was no longer in line it was going to be my turn, i went up with the blanket and she rudely told me to wait in line because she was waiting on the customer she made me wait about 15 minutes until the girl got back in line, i payed and we left to our appointment. Mind you, i live about an hour a away from this store so i didn't see everything until we got back home since we had so much stuff, as we were reviewing the items i noticed items were missing we checked the car multiple times we even counted the items we checked the codes and items were in fact missing, with all of this together i truly believe she left stuff out on purpose that were already payed for. i called soon as we noticed and she rudely told me i had to go so they can see the receipt but since its far from me i will have to go in hopefully tomorrow. I don't usually write reviews, i don't like being in peoples business. i understand accidents happen but with all of this together i truly believe it was done on purpose. Not to add, the girl is around my age probably 19 or 20, the items missing were girlie stuff and very noticeable so there is no way she couldn't have seen them. i think out of respect its very rude to put customers bought items on the floor in the first place. i'm not here to accuse anyone but there was terrible customer service, and 60 dollars of items weren't given to me.

This mall offers a wide variety of stores, a huge food court with diverse dining opportunities. We stopped by Miniso because Tanya was in search of BTB2 toys. As they were shopping in Miniso, I walked the area of the mall that contains Macy's and JC Pennys. Amongst, several other name brand stores. I stopped by one of the Pagoda jewelry kiosks. The 10kt gold hoops were calling my name but I didn't make a purchase. The sales associate wasn't pushy or rude. I really appreciated that. I walked into a few more stores. Forever 21, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, & Ulta Beauty. The food court offers Hammy's Smash Burgers, BJ's Restaurant, Wetzel's Pretzel's, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Baskin Robins & Lot's of Boba spots. This is just to name a few. You could actually spend a few hours here and loose track of time. I'll definitely be back in soon.

The biggest issue I have with the mall is that you have to walk through JC Penny just to get through the other side of the mall. Not sure if that issue can/will be addressed with the renovation.... I noticed today that the signs point people to the restrooms, yet when you reach them you find the signs that say closed for renovation... no other sign that pointed to the temp baths on the door. Also, I am all about freedom of religion the Muslims had tables set up. Pretty sure this was OKd by mall management. Perfectly fine with this... but to get approached by guys in the mall saying things about Heavenly Mother with no booth or anything shouldn't happen. I had seen zero mall security in this place.
