Larry at Quality Printing has truly been heaven sent! It started with something as small as business cards for my new business and when I tell you his design team and delivery time was on point!!! When I noticed it,, the woman was really nice about it and told me they could "fix it right away". They called me about two hours later to notify me they were "fixed". The man/owner Mike, was rude when I told him I will pay full price even though I will likely never wear them because it does not look right. The "H" that was fixed into an "N" looks ugly and sloppy. They just stitched over it converting it into the N. I asked will I be required to pay full price, given their mistakes and waste of my time/inconvenience. He said yes, full price. I said I was displeased and unsatisfied with the quality/appearance, he said "if we would have caught the mistake and fixed it before you saw it you would never have known/noticed". It's literally ugly and obvious. All of my colleagues agree. I will never wear them. I ended up agreeing to pay full price, respectfully but let him know that I was disappointed with the quality I'm receiving. He said "well the rest of the hospital loves our work". This statement does not apply to me in this situation right now. Personally, he was rude & inconsiderate. To recover a poor situation the least you could do would be discount the product to try to recover a crappy customer experience. I suppose his company needs the money more than I do. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMEND.

I had trouble digitally designing the logo for our shirt and didn't know how to make the quality better to be suitable for printing.
