Was disgusted at how the owner to Beatwear came up to me while I was with my children and told me that she had cut my chairs apart and moved them. As I questioned where my chairs went and why they were moved she rudely interrupted me and pointed to her business to let me know she owned the business that was behind the chair setup. City sidewalks do not work that way MA'AM. I hope she feels really good about the example she set on Monday before parade scattering our toddler's chairs to the street. Don't complain that mine were set out early either, your husband (Chris Wilson) told me he set your chairs up at 9am. 45 minute difference from when we went. In all the years I've set up, I've never had this problem. I'm all for supporting local small businesses but will not be supporting Beatwear who thinks they're entitled to the city sidewalk. read more

been doing business here lately and they are very helpful and assist you as much as they can. Apparently they are one of the main providers of uniforms for Sheriff, Fire and Police ....so that is about 1200 personnel for the county. They stay busy and they do run out of stuff since they are doing uniforms for so many. read more

I can't believe all of the negative comments about this store. I first met Brogan when I started in Tulare County with Imperial Ambulance in 2009. I never had a single problem and anything I ordered arrived promptly and any special needs like patch sewing, etc. got done professionally and with great speed. If they didn't have my particular uniform need in stock, it got ordered was usually delivered in two weeks. If you cannot wait, order the items yourself but I love this place! I am sorry so many people say the employees are rude, they never answer their phones, etc. Maybe there have been problems but I also know how well they have treated me. And I never heard a cross word there or saw an unhappy customer. Great place! read more

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff is unprofessional, inefficient, not to mention rude, and they expect reverence, especially the owner Chris, and the cashier Brogan. I placed an order with Brogan, I paid in advance there was a misunderstanding, which I was understanding about it. Oh not to mention that my first order was embroidered incorrectly, and Brogan again refused to reimburse me or have it corrected. It was her handwriting on my order list, even like that she blamed me for it, she never had me sign anything. I trusted the business, but I guess they assume they are an oligopoly in Tulare County. Then placed a second order, and it gets misplaced. I asked the owner Chris about it, he was extremely rude and made threats to get me fired from my job. I was never reimbursed nor my misplaced items replaced. I mention to Brogan about checking security cameras, so I could see where I picked up my misplaced items. She was extremely rude and indirectly told me that they have control of the cameras and have the ability to tamper with cameras. And again, Chris stepped in this time bringing to my attention that he knew who I was and was going to place a complaint with my employer. BEWARE!!!! This business likes to overcharge, and they can't stand the minimum complaint about any of their failures to meet the customers' expectations because Chris the owner goes running to supervisors, and then laughs about it and brags about how he knows department heads and how he can get away with belittling customers. I highly recommend going online, there are certain sites online that are by far more affordable and customer service exceeds all expectations that Beatwear is obviously not able to meet. But I said nothing because I did not want her to mess up my order. For my experience I placed an order to have some stitching done they assured me that they knew what they were doing since this was my first time EVER getting anything to do with uniforms. My mistake I trusted this establishment. Even though their employee who represents their business was beyond RUDE!!! I receive my merchandise. Day 1 I'm now getting yelled at because the stitching is wrong!!!! Yes it was my mistake for not double checking and I take responsibility for that. This place has a good quality shirt. That being said everything there is extremely over priced, nothing I have ordered has ever been done on time or they've even forgotten I placed an order, none of the staff seems like they remotely enjoy being there and it shows in their attitudes toward customers. I thankfully won't have to purchase anything from this store in the future. If they change their staff and start to take pride in their work I would consider buying from them again. Until then... This is the only place in Visalia that go for EMS uniforms. The owner is awesome and very knowledgable. The staff there is very helpful. They have a good stock of items to choose from. When you order takes them a bit to call back to let you know it's ready for pickup, but I always call to make sure it's ready before I head over. read more

Absolutely no costumer service. They are rude, over priced and act like they know when they have no clue. They charge to size your dancer for shoes. They even tell costumers that have their studios dress code when in fact they don't. All they want is your money. I recommend to shop at Elite Dance Academy they are helpful and less expensive. read more
