All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. I placed my order and was able to pay through PayPal. The price was reasonable and my order was ready quick. I work graveyard so I didn't turn on the tv until the next day... The tv was broken and when I called them frank told me it worked fine in the store and he would have to see what they could do.... Like if I broke the dam thing.... He told he that the manager victor would call me back but never did 5 hours later I called and he didn't even apologize said they would come pick up the tv and give me a refund....they came to pick up the tv but no refund....worst customer service ever on all parts even the district manager was supposed to called me and he failed don't shop at this store unless you want to get treated with disrespect and broken merchandise. We bought a bargain door for $30 and the hubby wanted to change out the 70's gold colored plexiglass in it. (We went to a glass store and it was going to be about $260. Gulp! I liked the retro look of the door, but wasn't prepared for that, after we'd already spent a couple hundred for the frame and threshold). So, our next stop was PP. At first the guy made a joke about having to look in the archives for a piece of retro plexiglass, but score! He found a piece of clear, semi obscured plexiglass that would work. It was going to be about $100 to have five pieces cut to fit the openings of our "project door". Cool beans. We paid for it and about a week later, got a call that our order was ready for pick up. Yay! They have so much more there than just plexiglass pieces. Check them out for any of your plastic needs!
