Worst customer service experience I've ever had!!!. I got a 60 vizo and when they dropped it off the didn't even hook it up... I work graveyard so I didn't turn on the tv until the next day... The tv was broken and when I called them frank told me it worked fine in the store and he would have to see what they could do.... Like if I broke the dam thing.... He told he that the manager victor would call me back but never did 5 hours later I called and he didn't even apologize said they would come pick up the tv and give me a refund....they came to pick up the tv but no refund....worst customer service ever on all parts even the district manager was supposed to called me and he failed don't shop at this store unless you want to get treated with disrespect and broken merchandise.
