If you need an ebike repair this is the place to go. The staff is amazing - very knowledgable, friendly and honest. You'll be greeted by a very friendly black lab and as others have stated I looked forward to a visit with him when I go back. Thank for great service and very affordable prices - will definately be back for any repairs. Special shout out to Lauren and Darren for helping also load a very heavy ebike before and after fix - part of great service . Thanks again! read more

Wow. We are SO lucky to have this shop in Hanford! I've done business with bike shops all over the Valley for decades, and my experience with Fulton Cycle in Hanford is hands down the best experience I've ever had. As others have said, the owner and staff are friendly and helpful valuing exceptional service beyond expectation, fair pricing, and go above and beyond to insure customers leave know more about their rides than they came in with. We bought bikes for our kids from a large retailer online and found out we were in over our heads. Luckily, one of the many services they offer is assembling bikes. They are very knowledgeable and have great services. As soon as our kids learn to ride without training wheels we will definitely be purchasing bikes for ourselves here. read more

Thank you Fulton Cycle!!! Extremely helpful and took my stroller right in! Hoping to be fixed by Friday afternoon.... Leave it to me, putting off getting here! I'd actually thought closed. So glad just moved. Even got a mini pump. And offered to attach to side! Thanks so much! read more

I recently decided to revive my mountain bike, so I took it by Fulton Cycle Works to have them take a look. Darren was very friendly and very upfront and honest with what the bike needed and didn't need. I ended up leaving the bike to be fixed up. They were quick to fix everything, and had me out and riding the next day. I have since come in and had my tires fixed on a few occasions, and they have taken the bike on the spot and had it done within 10 minutes. The entire team is friendly and professional. Their prices are fair, and service is fast. Definitely recommend them. read more

The most friendly staff in Kings and Tulare county. We live in visalia but won't do business with the shops there as their is no customer service. Darren and Jake are always willing to go the extra mile to get another repair in or find a part. Always honest about pricing and selection never a hard sell . I wasn't sold something I didn't need vs the shop in visalia but rather what honestly would work for me and my budget at the time. Appreciate the hard work and honesty read more

The owner was so incredibly helpful! They were crazy busy but he took time out to get my son on a balance bike and got him fit for a helmet and answered all my questions! Extremely friendly and professional, we will be back for sure! read more

Great Service, Fast, Reasonable and Professional. I've taken my bicycle to Darren a couple of times and he has always done a great job and offered plenty of solid, wise advice. The guys were polite and worked fast. They knew exactly how to fix our tire issue and offered a solution for the future as well.

I went to Fulton because it's close to where I live and had pretty good yelp ratings. I was not disappointed. The owner was swamped but I just need some new tubes and tires. His charming wife gave me some preliminary info while he finished up with another customer. When it was my turn, I got all the info and options I needed and made my choices. After that, he spent 20 minutes getting my new tubes and tires on the rims. Great work and a fair price. What more can you ask for??? read more

Excellent customer service! Fixed my bike immediately, and took the time to explain some unknowns to me. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Went to look at options for commuter bike. After several trips back and forth I went with the Marin SC. Couldn't be happier with the bike and customer service I received going through this process of deciding. They were patient and helpful. It's hard to find that type of service in a big box retailer. I'll stick with these local guys and business. They know their bikes and provide a great service in a town that needs more businesses like theirs. read more

Made my first serious bike purchase experience awesome! Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! Highly recommend if you're in the market for a bicycle or need bike accessories! You won't be disappointed!! read more

Best bike shop in Fresno? Best shop in Fresno period. For anything. I don't care if they don't sell pianos this is the best piano shop in Fresno. Quite possibly the universe. Go here. Buy stuff. Ride bikes. Drink beer. Be awesome like Fulton Cycle Works is. Don't take my word for it go read president Obama's review about FCW and see what he has to say about it! read more

The worst experience I've ever had. Pushy, rude, inappropriate and they're not very knowledgeable at all. Places like this shouldn't be kept in business. My kids were even treated like garbage! I'll never come back. read more

Fulton Cycle Works was recommended by friends of mine. I came into the shop looking to switch out my knobby tires for some semi-slicks. The owner showed me several and fit me with the right tire for my needs. He took the time to help me out and it was much appreciated. The prices on his products were very reasonable and the service was top notch! I will definitely recommend Fulton Cycle Works to my friends!Support you local bike shop! read more

Darren's work is great. I trust him with my bike. The only thing I could wish for would be two of him for when it gets busy.

Great customer service! Dropped off my son's bike and received a call a few hours later saying it was ready. Darren even helped take the box (with the bike parts) off my car. :) read more

I had a much better experience when I actually went into this shop in person. The guy working there was helpful with what I was looking for. This is probably the best & only cycle shop you'll find within a 30 mile radius. If they don't have what you need they'll order it. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Excellent service. Darren was patient, knowledgeable and fast. He didn't try to sell me more bike than I wanted. He assembled the bike I bought while I was there. I will definitely keep coming back to support this local shop with my accessory needs. Super experience. Thanks, Darren. read more

I'm not big on writing reviews, but sometimes things just shouldn't be left unsaid. I first became aware of Fulton Cycle Works a year or so ago while they were still in Fresno, after they were "in the news" due to frequent break-ins at the shop. My bike was stolen about 3 years ago and I just hadn't replaced it. Wanting to support a local, family owned business I paid them a visit. I met Darren and his wife, and she helped me with several product recommendations and sent me on several test rides. The welcoming family atmosphere of the shop had me convinced I was at the right place even though I was not ready to commit to a purchase that day. But what I did know was that these are the folks that I want to purchase my next bike from. That brings us to today. While there are numerous good bike shops in Fresno, I had no qualms about making the 40 mile trek to Hanford to meet up with Darren again. On the shop's Facebook page, he had posted a picture of a Marin Stinson "comfort" style bike which was very similar to the one I had. I must say, I lucked out as things were a little slow in the shop when I got there. Darren did a great job in asking questions as to the whats and whys of my bicycle needs. He did a excellent job in educating me as to what my options were and the different bikes he had. We easily spent 30 - 45 minutes going over the options. This was not up selling, as some of the bikes had a lower price point than the Stinson. The fact that he did not have a Stinson in my size assembled did not put a damper in things. It took him about 30 minutes to put one together. (again, I lucked out as things were slow). After a test drive, I brought home my new bike. The personalized service that I received was excellent. Was it worth the drive to Hanford? Absolutely! Would I recommend Fulton Cycle Works (even if you have to make a little drive?) Without a doubt! read more

AWESOME and FRIENDLY Service!!! I've been here times before... But today I Needed a part replaced on my granddaughter's bike. Thought I'd have to leave it. When we walked in, the owner took a look at it and repaired it straightway! And this meant a great deal to us because she doesn't visit often and if we had to leave her bike, our weekend would've been shot! Although he was working on a project at the time we came in... he took the time to fix her bike. We are very grateful to have this shop in Hanford! If you need ANYTHING regarding bikes... Stop by... You won't be disappointed! read more

Darren provides great service and they have a good selection of accessories to choose from. It's not all one big name brand or another - it's really a wide selection. I'm a vintage bike guy learning to rehab and ride classic steel for the most part. I frequent Steven's bike shops in Clovis and Fresno and while they're pretty helpful there, they are really busy most of the time and I usually get the impression they'd rather be selling the $2k bikes than helping me figure out how to take apart and fix my bottom bracket. Darren has been more than happy to share the knowledge and has an appreciation for all bikes, not just the flashy carbon fiber stuff. I still hit up the other shops - but I know if I need some good thorough advice and maybe even some hands on demo, Darren is the guy. I wouldn't hesitate to bring in a newer bike at all either. Plus, the shop dog is awesome. Good pricing on accessories and labor too. read more

This is a very nice family owned business! I'm really happy Hanford has a bike shop, saved me the hassle of driving to Visalia. Very nice owners, helpful and good prices! read more

The owner took care of me beyond expectations. They are still moving in and getting settled. Even so, the work done on my bike was great. The bike shifts again and they cleaned it too! They even put a part that I bought for free. I will return. I am glad to have a bike shop in Kings County again! It has been a long time. read more

The best price and knowledgeable service I have found in a long time. Down to earth. I have recommended this place to a lot people. Thanks
