Great customer service this place should be SEVEN STARS on yelp little expensive but great scooters

I ordered my Hiboy max pros solid tire on 22nd April where it was supposed to be delivered within a week now it's almost about to be a month but no sign of hope. The tracking number it still shows it's stuck in cali. I emailed them about the situation, no response. When I contacted them they didn't received my phone call after trying for 2 to 3 consecutive days , finally when they pickup they don't know what happened to my shipment they literally got no clue where it is. Such an unprofessional way to handle customers, it felt like I'm the one who's at fault, seriously !!!. No explanation of the situation, no responsibility and in the middle of that I lost $52 out of nothing. This company put on the website the products are non refundable, then what about the products you people didn't delivered to the customers which they paid for ? If it's still a no I'm doing a fraud claim. read more

The pink haired girl at the desk was zero help. There was no tech in to look at my sons scooter and wanted to charge me $30 to just leave it. She could not answer basic questions and when I answered in simple language she still had a dazed look. She spoke rudely to my other children. I left and told my son we were never coming back. We actually bought the scooter from them 2 years ago. ZERO service!! We took it to a bike shop (Steven's) and they tightened 2 screws and did not charge us at all. placed order May 9th for an item that sounded like they had in stock, and after several messages & Emails I still haven't received any updates as to where it is or if I'll even receive it, today is June 2nd still no response, still no tracking info available, Customer service is non existent with this company, They may have canceled my order because I've questioned them about it but who knows, They got my $200, I'll let it go a little longer and see what happens, all I want is honest answers, tell customers its gonna take forever to get an order if that's the case and not the 5-7 days like my order said, If they would respond in a professional manner i wouldn't be so pissed about it, Don't leave paying customers and or potential repeat customers hangin, not good business etiquette read more

Alpha Pro Scooters has zero customer service. I ordered two tires from them and only received one. for 3 days now I've been trying to contact them. Their phone numbers don't work, the chat option on their site does not work, and they do not respond to 3 days worth of emails. DO NOT ORDER from them. read more

Brought my kids scooter in for new tires (front and back) and a fender. It was riding fine just a little beat up. They replaced tires but no fender. Told me they'd give me a refund but I wanted the fender. I had to pester them repeatedly to order it. After the (tire) repair my son says the scooter is not working, now giving an error code for electrical problem. Have to take the scooter back and a diagnostic ordered. I asked them if the loose wire or electrical issue could have been caused by the front tire change out (where the motor is) "Oh no, no way!" they decry. I get the diagnostic done and, surprise surprise, I now need a new motor. At this point I'm not investing anymore money into this thing and strongly feel like I'm being taken for a ride. Go to pickup scooter and ask owner if the diagnostic can be a wash since I never got the fender which I paid for. He asks me how much I paid for the fender and claims the price changes by the week. He will only give me $30 credit and still wanted $35 for the diagnostic. One thing he said that stuck out was he was surprised I didn't just abandon the scooter. I wonder if all the upselling was just to get me to leave the scooter behind, who knows? I will never use this company again and suggest you avoid it too. read more

Customer service is horrible! My son purchased his scooter there and we decided to take it there for a back tire repair. Paid 75 bucks and it took a week to get it back. It sat for a few days and before he took it on his first ride he had to add air to the tire and it went completely flat on his ride. Called them right away but they were closed for a week. Took it back in and this time they quoted him $85 to fix. When i called in to ask why they were charging again when we felt it wasnt fixed properly the lady on the phone was very argumentative and rude did not care to listen and investigate our concerns. So i told my son to go back and pick up the scooter and we would take it somewhere else. As he went in they continued to argue with him and me on the phone and said we had to pay because they were halfway done with the repairs. How is that when last time a week for the same concern?! Upon doing the repair the guy came out and apologized saying he must not have changed the tube(as we suspected) and showed my son the tube he uses and the one that was originally in there which was very worn. Unbelievable?! So what did we pay you for the first time!?! Although he did fix it right this time i will not be taking my business back there. They need to get rid of the lady working there too shes hurting the business with her nasty attitude, and rude comments. read more

Order an item on 8/2/25, requested a order status on 8/20 and the response was " Yes, we are still working on it". Sent another email on 9/13 with no response as of 9/18. Requested a refund on 9/18, at this point they stole my money. read more

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered custom griptape online. 2 weeks goes by, and it still hasn't shipped and they couldn't even give me a heads-up that what I ordered was out of stock. I emailed them and they were quick to respond to be fair. They shipped me another. Now the shipment failed to go through because my address was inputted incorrectly on their end (missing apartment #). Emailed to address the situation, no response. Now they ghosted me. Ordered $200 deck and $75 bars for scooter for Christmas present. I called to verify deck was in stock and they didn't have the deck in stock and said they would refund the amount for the deck, but they took the entire $277 out of my checking and haven't received tracking that order is even being processed... Have not rec'd the bar. They won't answer phone or emails. Have been trying for days. Even tried contacting on FBook and its a bot who replies to messages. I think this shop is a scam. Ordered 1 set of scooter bars. 3 days after with no shipping notification I sent an inquiry email that was ignored. 2 days after another inquiry email was ignored. Finally after the 3rd inquiry I got a reply saying they were going to ship them that day and it would be another 8-11 days before I got my order. No apology or even acknowledgement of making me have to wait 2 weeks for an +$80 item. I ordered 8 parts from Rideminded the same day I placed my order with Alpha and 7 of the 8 items arrived the day Alpha finally shipped my 1 item. And when Rideminded realized they forgot a $20 headset they apologized, expedited it and threw in free griptape. That's how customer service works. read more

My kid has been wanting a scooter and my parents wanted to use this place to fulfill that request. unfortunately they dealt with this company who is hard to get a hold of after payment by the way. it was a frustrating experience and I suggested they get an immediate refund for the way they were ultimately treated. rude people and crappy service = horrible business. I placed an order of 4 items more than 2 weeks ago. I ordered a 200$ deck and some other small parts. They shipped the other 3 small parts, and the main part and the most expensive thing, they didn't. They stopped responding to my emails and calls 12 days ago. I can't even ask for a refund because they won't answer!! I even reached to their supplier to try and talk to them Still nothing So they basically scammed me of 200$ The only thing I can do now is get a refund through the bank The main point is , this store is a joke, and a scam too Do not buy from this store read more

My son bought new, taller handlebars from Alpha Pro Scooters online, but when they arrived they didn't fit. We called and they were able to tell us we just needed a "shim" to make it work. Not only that, but they sent one to us. We are happy customers! read more

TERRIBLE experience! They charged my credit card, but never fulfilled my order after I purchased a scooter. They never communicated with me about what was going on. It took nearly 2 weeks before they agreed to give me my money back. This is what this company does...they will charge your credit card, not ship you the items you ordered, and then you'll have to fight with them to get your money back. Most disorganized business I have ever encountered. I have given this store more than one chance to get themselves together. They are never open,even when their shop hours state that they are going to be open. I ordered elbow pads for my and pre paid for them. It is now July and they never got ordered. We had my son's Razor electric scooter in for warranty repairs shortly after purchasing the scooter. They don't answer their phone and claim they prefer to use text. Sometimes there are no employees in the shop. After two weeks of not hearing back from them, we texted (after numerous calls that went unanswered/not returned) only to be informed the "parts were on back order." Then they insisted we take the scooter back and they didn't want to do the warranty repairs. This business was recommended to us by Razor to complete the warranty repairs. They boast they are the only Razor warranty repair facility in the area (the next nearest one is in San Diego). Don't waste your time going here for any work on your electric scooter. read more

The only positive is this kid had hustle to get this shop open. That being said, his business model and ethics are a fatal flaw. Bring a notepad and calculator with you and ask him repeatedly if there are additional costs. His receipts are not itemized and he has hidden costs everywhere. He will offer to build your scooter as you go which is not a labor intensive process. What we won't tell you is he is charging you. And up the wazoo to boot. He doesn't have prices on much of anything and really got me good. I went by the online prices. That is not what he charged me. He knew I was stuck because I promised my son we would get him a custom build. So I ate well over 100 in hidden fees and unexplained costs. My son was grateful I covered the overflow but made the decision on his own we will use Alpha to size things up then order online. I am all for buy local. But, not when local shafts kids. read more
