When my husband rode it in, the service person looked over the bike as they spoke. He measured the chain, and noticed what my husband suspected: the bike needed a new chain. They had not only installed a new spoke, but also the new chain that was needed. We received a message at 3:30 pm (already!) that the bike was repaired and ready to pick up. When my boyfriend returned to pick up the bike, he noticed a visible chip on the paint that was not there when we dropped off the bike. It was obvious by the location of the chip paint that the handle bar had been dropped and caused it. My bf is so detail oriented that he was able to point it out before taking the bike.
