My wife went here to buy me a jersey for my birthday. The employees here convinced her that a…read morelarger jersey would fit me even though she was adamant that I wore a size smaller. They also didn't have the size she was requesting. So my wife trusted their "expertise" and paid $150 for the jersey. After I tried it on it was way too big so we returned to the store and asked for a refund explaining that the jersey was too big and that the employees who sold it to her assured her it would fit. The two guys working barely looked at us, never came out from behind the counter and pointed to areas in the store when we asked if there was something similar to the items we were returning. They seemed more interested in playing on their cellphones than assisting us. After looking around and finding nothing, my wife politely asked them for a refund again. The employees told us that they could offer us store credit but that they were not authorized to give us a refund. So we looked around some more but didn't see anything that fit. I found the merchandise here to be way overpriced. They have huge sizes (3X-5X) on all kinds of stuff but it seems like they have one item in every style. It is very disorganized and reminded me of a Ross of sports apparel but waaay overpriced. Do your self a favor and avoid this place. We are now stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and will have to probably sell on OfferUp to get our money back. I'll update this review if we have luck dealing with the store owner.

We found the "magic shoe" but could not find the other pair. I asked Craig if I could order online and he said yes; however, they didn't have my son's shoe size in that style online. I left my name & number so the manager (Craig) could give us a call if he found it. About 15 minutes later, Craig called us that he found the missing pair. I wish there was a map at the front of the store so I didn't have to walk around so much, especially, because my mom walks slow. We were able to find certain items that are not easy to find in the Bay Area. The workers were all pretty nice and respectful. The other customers were also polite. I appreciated that the drivers waved us on to walk, whereas in the Bay Area I've had cursing matches with drivers. Got to yell "I'm walkin' 'ere!" And a lot of flavorful words for lame drivers I'm 80% sure cheated on their driving test or paid someone to do it for them. I had no issue with people in the store and everyone was pretty polite. No one hit me with their cart or purposefully cut me off or physically try to intimidate me. And the store was clean. There were some items that looked like they had been opened, some items looked dirty. Other items didn't have prices (because they were hanging but there was no price tag on the rack) and a lot of things were placed on the wrong rack. So minus one star for that. This location is also conveniently located by the highway, our hotel, and some restaurants. And if you can't find what you need, there's always Target across the street.

I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

Being that this mall is located in a small town, I wasn't expecting it to have everything that…read morelarger malls would have. It's a good thing I didn't set my extensions too high because this mall was meh! Half the stores in there were empty and there's not really anything special about it. The only unique thing I will say about this mall, is that there's a trampoline/bounce center located in it called Urban Air. The food court only offers a few places to eat, the one standing out would be Crab it while it's hot, however it's a little spendy. Obviously because it's crab! Overall, this mall is a good place to pass the time in a small town I suppose. But, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here! FYI, they also have a small movie theater attached and Kohl's has a free water bottle fill station near the restrooms!
