My wife went here to buy me a jersey for my birthday. The employees here convinced her that a…read morelarger jersey would fit me even though she was adamant that I wore a size smaller. They also didn't have the size she was requesting. So my wife trusted their "expertise" and paid $150 for the jersey. After I tried it on it was way too big so we returned to the store and asked for a refund explaining that the jersey was too big and that the employees who sold it to her assured her it would fit. The two guys working barely looked at us, never came out from behind the counter and pointed to areas in the store when we asked if there was something similar to the items we were returning. They seemed more interested in playing on their cellphones than assisting us. After looking around and finding nothing, my wife politely asked them for a refund again. The employees told us that they could offer us store credit but that they were not authorized to give us a refund. So we looked around some more but didn't see anything that fit. I found the merchandise here to be way overpriced. They have huge sizes (3X-5X) on all kinds of stuff but it seems like they have one item in every style. It is very disorganized and reminded me of a Ross of sports apparel but waaay overpriced. Do your self a favor and avoid this place. We are now stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and will have to probably sell on OfferUp to get our money back. I'll update this review if we have luck dealing with the store owner.

We found the "magic shoe" but could not find the other pair. I asked Craig if I could order online and he said yes; however, they didn't have my son's shoe size in that style online. I left my name & number so the manager (Craig) could give us a call if he found it. About 15 minutes later, Craig called us that he found the missing pair. Not only was I thankful he didn't dismiss our longing for that missing shoe, but he took the time to look, to call, and make my son's evening. Craig went the EXTRA miles! Thank you so much!

That's one lady came walking towards me and she said what can I do for you and I said are there any handicap carts out here and she said no in a tone and I said OK could you bring me one and she said no we're closed. OK just cold and rude and OK. I thought you were open till 11 and she said no that's Walmart. We're only open till 10 so I apologized and got back in the car. I'm apologizing and made a joke about it, but I think about it. I am because you've got a customer. You don't know it's not yours and she said I'm 75 on my right side so you got a kid parking lot running a cart and he can't go. Seems like he's in charge of carts would be good. Customer service. I don't know. I just didn't like their Thing is in. That store is outrageously expensive I mean, outrageously expensive, and you can't find anything in those aisles because nothing is up in the air. All the numbers are on the end of the Rose and it's almost impossible to find anything so I'm not going back to target. I mean I wasn't running back to Target. I thought I was going to Walmart. I have no time to write everything that is so horrible about the store but right now what just…read morehappened to me is mind-boggling. I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

Being that this mall is located in a small town, I wasn't expecting it to have everything that…read morelarger malls would have. It's a good thing I didn't set my extensions too high because this mall was meh! Half the stores in there were empty and there's not really anything special about it. The only unique thing I will say about this mall, is that there's a trampoline/bounce center located in it called Urban Air. The food court only offers a few places to eat, the one standing out would be Crab it while it's hot, however it's a little spendy. Obviously because it's crab! Overall, this mall is a good place to pass the time in a small town I suppose. But, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here! FYI, they also have a small movie theater attached and Kohl's has a free water bottle fill station near the restrooms!
