This place is a complete rip-off and scam. They run ads online for sales & sales associate will tell you sales price. But they do a slide of hand when the contract comes, buyer pay close attention Steve increased price on me $500 during purchase. I was unaware until after the purchase I requested him to fix the error he refused inviting me to take it to small claims court. I asked him why did his sales associate tell me the sale was good until 7/31/23? Steve he told me he knows it looks shady. He said it happens all the time & peoplegetupset. The manager Steve goes above and beyond the criteria for what an efficient and professional supervisor should be and these guys won't bullsh*t their customers around to make a buck! I had a problem with my battery , it wasn't keeping a charge so I got a jump to get it started and this place was the closest . The young man that helped me was very nice and friendly and we figured out quickly the cables were loose . So he tightened them up problem fixed took like 10 minutes . It was one of those things where you ask how much and they say oh don't worry about it and you give them something anyways to be polite . But nope I go to the front and the older gentleman assuming he was the owner says it probably sounds like a lot but that will be 40.00. I said whoa how about 20.00 he said how about 40.00. Yeah so no love at this place . I know they have a business but so do I . This was an opportunity to gain a customer for life rather then lose one forever . read more

Racist. Went here today, received no service. I'm not one to get racial, until this happened... besides not getting no service while the staff(white) was over staffed and we were the only customers (mexicans), after spending an hour deciding which out of the 10 options they had we started the paper work on two quads. Then while the entire staff including Marty knew we were going to get the two quads and even one of the staff told him, a white man entered and was greeted how customer service is suppose to then said he was interested in one of the quads we were doing paperwork on. Then he said idc & they bought it on his credit card. We walked out noticing how racist the entire interactions, looks, & process of it. Disgusting. We went down the block & got a killer deal one two dirt bikes and had amazing customer service there. This place has nasty staff and no options available. Others have had the same issue read more

The first time I went in, I talked to some young guys and they quoted me $80 for oil change and brake fluid change. I Didn't have time, so I went in about a week later and some older guy quoted me $125. That's already $25 more than what GA Motorsports was quoting me, but I needed it done so I went ahead and did it. When I went to pay, it came out to $143. The whole reason I chose this place over GA motorsports is because it was supposed to be cheaper. I should've just taken it to GA and got professional service at a dealership that knows more about my bike and takes the time to explain the condition of the rest of my bike. Worst and horrible experience ever not recommending this place, poor customer service..

Definitely don't recommend this place. Two experiences. First was to get tires installed on my motorcycle. Called them three times. Each time was a different price and the last guy told me it would take a couple weeks. I didn't mind the wait because I was waiting on other parts. Finally go in to get the tires mounted and the guy told me they don't mount tires that aren't from them for liability reasons. I had Bridgestone tires not some cheap tires. Even then three different times I called and they all said they would do it just to waste my time and say no. Second experience me and my wife went in to look for an ATV. We walk in no greeting just looked at us. Stood there waiting because we thought they were helping someone and after they still never greeted us. Another guy walks in and right away greet him asking what he needs. Definitely better places out there don't waste your time here read more
