The shop was booked 3 weeks out, but since I was passing through the service manager took it on himself. He checked the fuel pressure and all was to spec. We were helped right away by a super sweet and helpful sales rep named Hayley. She immediately treated us like family and event doted on our 2 year old. She showed us some dirt bikes and answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process so smooth and easy! She even explained things to me in a way I understood and was able to be more technical with my husband (who's a mechanic) She also included a small tour of the facility and showed us their in house parts department which we found to be larger then we expected and very well organized (this impressed the mechanic the most) All and all we had an incredible experience unlike any other and we will absolutely be recommends G A Motorsports to all our friends, family's and neighbors for all future Motorsport needs.

Was referred to Simmons by family and friends. I called and told them what was needed. Within 30 minutes Tom calls me back with a quote that was less than half of the first quote!! I couldn't believe it. Made an appointment and took my truck in. At no point was I left wondering when my truck would be done because I was contacted with updates, and needed changes regularly. Regardless of the changes my final bill was still close to 60% less than the first quote. Issues include: Loose bolts Misaligned panels Unpainted parts Update: We dropped off the vehicle at 11:30 AM and were told it would be a quick fix since only three bolts secure the rear bumper to the frame. When I called at 3:40 PM to check the status, the adjuster said they were still looking at the vehicle. I explained that we needed the car back before they closed at 5 PM. At 4:27 PM, we received a call from Tom's informing us they were unable to get to our vehicle at all. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If your insurance recommends this shop, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. The service here is terrible.
