We arrived unsure and undereducated but left feeling like we were parting from great friends and that we had learned a great deal about our investment. The show room was warm cozy and welcoming. We were helped right away by a super sweet and helpful sales rep named Hayley. She immediately treated us like family and event doted on our 2 year old. She showed us some dirt bikes and answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process so smooth and easy! She even explained things to me in a way I understood and was able to be more technical with my husband (who's a mechanic) She also included a small tour of the facility and showed us their in house parts department which we found to be larger then we expected and very well organized (this impressed the mechanic the most) All and all we had an incredible experience unlike any other and we will absolutely be recommends G A Motorsports to all our friends, family's and neighbors for all future Motorsport needs.

But they do a slide of hand when the contract comes, buyer pay close attention Steve increased price on me $500 during purchase. I was unaware until after the purchase I requested him to fix the error he refused inviting me to take it to small claims court. I asked him why did his sales associate tell me the sale was good until 7/31/23? Steve he told me he knows it looks shady. He said it happens all the time & peoplegetupset. I unsure how to spell the service women's name. Corrine maybe. So nice. I'm a newbie and made it known I was. She took the time to show me chain tension and explain things. Didn't feel rushed or dismissed by my newbie ignorance. I did try to buy my bike here but at the time the one they expected in was automatic DTC. The sales person didn't realize it at the time. I ended up buying my bike at SoCal in Carson 100's of miles away. But bravo on service. Also very accommodating on appointment as well. I will definitely be coming back. Then I had to take it to the dealer and they found broken parts in the engine head which was a mistake they did and didn't want to correct instead the owner raised his voice at me and say it was my fault that it broken on me went it never ran good at all. Don't take your motorcycle to them.
