We arrived unsure and undereducated but left feeling like we were parting from great friends and that we had learned a great deal about our investment. The show room was warm cozy and welcoming. We were helped right away by a super sweet and helpful sales rep named Hayley. She immediately treated us like family and event doted on our 2 year old. She showed us some dirt bikes and answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process so smooth and easy! She even explained things to me in a way I understood and was able to be more technical with my husband (who's a mechanic) She also included a small tour of the facility and showed us their in house parts department which we found to be larger then we expected and very well organized (this impressed the mechanic the most) All and all we had an incredible experience unlike any other and we will absolutely be recommends G A Motorsports to all our friends, family's and neighbors for all future Motorsport needs.

I unsure how to spell the service women's name. Corrine maybe. So nice. I'm a newbie and made it known I was. She took the time to show me chain tension and explain things. Didn't feel rushed or dismissed by my newbie ignorance. I did try to buy my bike here but at the time the one they expected in was automatic DTC. The sales person didn't realize it at the time. I ended up buying my bike at SoCal in Carson 100's of miles away. But bravo on service. Also very accommodating on appointment as well. I will definitely be coming back. Also Corrine was recommended by some people in Fresno and the valley. Service and pleasantness goes along ways. It's not always price that ultimately matters. Thank You

*Same review as on Google*…read more I serviced my 2022 Kia EV6 at Visalia Kia on 8/05/2026. I had called a couple of times inquiring about my service and confirmed on the cost ($229 for brake fluid change and tire rotation). Visalia Kia was also willing to accept and offer me a discount on a competitor's coupon. I arrived shortly before 8 AM and was supported by service agent JL after a couple of minutes, once he was finished talking on the phone with a customer. Since I was coming from Fresno, I needed to know the length of the service (brake fluid change and tire rotation) so that I can plan out my day (whether I would need to stay at the dealership or get picked up; their shuttle only drives 20 miles out). Based on a prior conversation M on the phone, the service was estimated at 2-3 hours; JL confirmed this after I explained what I was in for. Once I checked in, I made myself comfortable in their waiting room. They have a room with a TV and four sofa chairs. In between two of the chairs is a setup where customers can charge their electronic device using their provided charging cables (which can probably support Apple and Android products). There is an adjacent room with two tables and three chairs each and vending machines for snacks and drinks. On the side, connecting both rooms, is a walkway that leads to a room with complimentary coffee and popcorn, a restroom, and a room for paying for services. JL updated me about three times on the status of my vehicle, once before it was driven into the service area (a little after 9 am) and twice after it was being serviced (the last time was around 9:45 am to let me know how much longer it would be until the service was done). My car was finished and I checked out around 10:30 am. The actual service time was about 45 mins to 1 hr, but most importantly, I was out of the dealership about 30 minutes before the estimated time to service the car. Finally, they gave me a $10 discount, part of them honoring a competitor's coupon. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Visalia Kia. Despite Visalia being about 40 minutes out from Fresno, their hospitability, attentiveness, and transparency made the drive and entire interaction worth it. I will highly consider coming back to Visalia Kia in the future for a similar service need. Thank you for having me!

Now, I'm unlucky enough to require service and recall repairs here. They told me the service would take "a couple of hours" when I dropped my car off at 9am. At 1pm I called and was told it would be done soon, 2:30pm I was told, "we forgot to work on your car but we just put it on the lift". All of this after I told them I had a hard deadline of 2:45 for pick up so I could get my kids from school. This week I made the drive to Clovis Kia for service instead. They told me one of the issues kia Visalia identified is covered under warranty(of course they didn't bother to tell me that)... Do yourself and favor and make the drive. It's worth it!
