We arrived unsure and undereducated but left feeling like we were parting from great friends and that we had learned a great deal about our investment. The show room was warm cozy and welcoming. We were helped right away by a super sweet and helpful sales rep named Hayley. She immediately treated us like family and event doted on our 2 year old. She showed us some dirt bikes and answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process so smooth and easy! She even explained things to me in a way I understood and was able to be more technical with my husband (who's a mechanic) She also included a small tour of the facility and showed us their in house parts department which we found to be larger then we expected and very well organized (this impressed the mechanic the most) All and all we had an incredible experience unlike any other and we will absolutely be recommends G A Motorsports to all our friends, family's and neighbors for all future Motorsport needs.

I unsure how to spell the service women's name. Corrine maybe. So nice. I'm a newbie and made it known I was. She took the time to show me chain tension and explain things. Didn't feel rushed or dismissed by my newbie ignorance. I did try to buy my bike here but at the time the one they expected in was automatic DTC. The sales person didn't realize it at the time. I ended up buying my bike at SoCal in Carson 100's of miles away. But bravo on service. Also very accommodating on appointment as well. I will definitely be coming back. Also Corrine was recommended by some people in Fresno and the valley. Service and pleasantness goes along ways. It's not always price that ultimately matters. Thank You

When the shop opened we had a call about the tensioner being broken. Then I asked how much and the price doubled to more than 1300. I asked how did it double for a small part and they told me the quote for 650 was just for the alternator. The new (used) one had a shimmy and we took it to Darren to have it fixed. He told us the problem was the front breaks, which we had him fix. When we picked it up, it still had a shimmy which he told us was the rear breaks. It shimmied all the way home, which made for a very uncomfortable ride. When we got home and took it to our mechanic, he had to replace the front breaks. I've written to Darren twice telling him of the issue that he didn't fix the problem for which we brought the van to him, and advised him that we didn't have the opportunity to have him fix the problem as we were back in Wisconsin when we discovered what was really wrong. That was in August. I have since written to him twice and not heard back from him. He should return our money as he did not fix the van at all. He could at least be courteous enough to respond.

They put on a new o2 sensor and cat convertor and after about 10 visits to him it finally passed. After he replaced that the check engine light went on. We took it back to him 5 more times and he still couldn't get the check engine light to go off. We took it to a reputable mechanic who said he's never seen such a poor welding job, Danny's Automotive put the o2 sensor on wrong. It wasn't secured so it was hitting the frame, and it's a very poor quality 02 sensor that is known for failing repeatedly! Also he put the Cat on cockeyed and it had leaks in the welding job. I basically had to pay hundreds of dollars to fix his mistakes. Be careful who you trust and where you take your car.

Because I didn't want to take it back to the place I bought it (which shall remain nameless), I called the STIHL regional rep and was told I could take the sprayer to any authorized service center. Smith Auto Parts in Dinuba was close and didn't need to keep the sprayer for more than a week. Daniel, the person who diagnosed the problems (leaking not only from the cap, but from the boom when the flow valve was off, and another leak from the carburetor) was fantastic!
