It mostly tasted like sweetened milk with clumps of bitter 3. Using an electric handheld frother is very ineffective to mix matcha powder. Bamboo whisk is probably the best way, but even blending it like Starbucks does might go way better. I really have high hopes for this place so I hope to provide constructive criticism instead of bashing it down.
