Purchased several glasses of wine. Plenty of options, friendly service. Were able to take glasses to enjoy on front porch. Cheers!

When traveling solo it can be tough to visit wineries even if they're dog friendly outside because you're expected to go inside to order, and I refuse to tie my dog up. Not this place - he was gladly welcomed in the tasting room! The other patrons were super friendly and after seeing me take a picture of my dog they were quick to jump in and make sure to do a whole photoshoot of me with him. All the staff were in love with my dog and even grabbed some treats for him. Basically, if you have a dog...this is the place to go! I got the white wine tasting flight and didn't love a couple of the wines but I'm admittedly not a wine snob and I mainly drink sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio. Have never been a fan of chardonnay so I don't think it's that theirs is bad - more of personal preference and I'm sure others love it! I ended up getting another glass of the Vidal Blanc because that one was excellent! We visited 10/26/25 and loved seeing the fall colors in the background. It was pretty empty on a Sunday so we easily got a front row table where we could look out at the vineyards/trees/mountains. Will absolutely be back here if we're ever in the area again!

During my wine tasting at Rockbridge Vineyard, I sought out the driest wines they offered, but even the dry wines were too sweet for my palate. If you like sweet wine, you will love this wine! Nevertheless, I did take home a bottle of Jeremiah's, which is their wine that's made with concord grapes. It's definitely a sweet wine. I shared it with some people who love the sweets, so I didn't drink as much. Along with wine tasting, they offer wine slushies and little appetizers to purchase, like locally made cheeses, salami, crackers, chips and popcorn. This is not a restaurant, so you won't find a meal. But you can also bring your own food, if you like. During the summer months, they have food trucks on select days.

The food is limited to cheese and chartreuse, but they frequently have food trucks, especially at the week end. Service was nice, but the real standout is the views of the vines. Lots of outside seating, both in the sun and undercover. The beer room is quite large, and the wine tasting room is more than adequate if the weather is unfavorable. They are dog friendly!

Snow may have covered the ground, but between the stunning aesthetic, incredible wine, and delicious food, I am officially SOLD. This spot has earned a place in my top 5 wineries! From the moment we arrived, the hostess and waitstaff were attentive, welcoming, and full of recommendations. I went with a wine flight (because variety is a must!), and every pour was a hit. As for the food? We indulged in pasta, sliders, short-rib grilled cheese, truffle fries, and a charcuterie board everything was absolutely mouthwatering. We ate, we sipped, and we were very merry! I'm already counting down to a summer return so I can soak in those breathtaking mountain views from the patio.

The inside was spacious and comfortable. Loved the shiplap, the wood floors, the purse hooks on the bar, the patio with the stone and tile floor, the exposed beams, and the welcoming front entryway! We not only did the tasting, where one wine was better than the next; But the food was incredible as was the impeccable service! We did the red flight of wines, and I also had some rosé. We particularly favored the cannon red and the Cabernet franc. Our food was excellent; a the dishes they were served upon were lovely! My hubby got the roasted Brussels sprouts, my daughter chose the tomato basil soup, and we all shared a well designed charcuterie board! We left nary a morsel behind! The manager was so kind and generous, asking us to return and sharing the best times to come! He gave us some background information on the area and gave us a mini tour! This vineyard and farm is well worth visiting, making it a memorable destination!!
