The sour cream and guacamole are in small cups so you can use what you want. You have a choice of toast. I got rye toast. Butter for the toast is served separately in small plastic containers for those who want dry toast. The omelette also comes with some hash browns. I was served coffee shortly after I was seated and it was refilled once and I was asked about a second refill. It was a wonderful breakfast and made my drive to Mesquite a tasty place.
