The drives were punctual, even in the inclement weather, their uniforms were clean and they were immensely polite and professional. We also had our children in the car. The employee showed no remorse and offered no apologies. Stay away from this company! Wildly unprofessional, and when I reached out to the company to talk about the incident, no one answered initially, but they called me back. My wife called back to clarify the situation and spoke to the owner. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and disappointed in the worker that demonstrated such unprofessional and ignorant behavior. He assured us that this employee would no longer be assigned at the museum dealing with families, and appropriate repercussions would follow.
