It was not a Friday. Furthermore, I asked multiple times why it would take so long, with no coherent reason given back. At no time was I ever relayed the information that is now being told now. I ended up dropping off one shirt to give your business a fair chance. For the price, customer service, and lack of communication, I'd prefer to do business elsewhere. The person who answered seemed irritated that I was asking questions and responded in a rude and dismissive tone. When I tried to ask for clarification about the pricing differences, she did not take the time to explain and instead spoke in an impolite manner. The call was ended before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel confident giving them my business.
