I needed one shirt cleaned and pressed. I was quoted $8.50 but that it would take 5 days. When I asked why it would take so long I did not receive an answer back. I'm used to dropping off a shirt elsewhere in the morning and being able to pick up the next day. Just wanted everyone else to be aware incase you need dry cleaning done in a reasonable amount of time Update: In response to the business owners comment, I came in on a Thursday at around 8AM. It was not a Friday. Furthermore, I asked multiple times why it would take so long, with no coherent reason given back. At no time was I ever relayed the information that is now being told now. I ended up dropping off one shirt to give your business a fair chance. For the price, customer service, and lack of communication, I'd prefer to do business elsewhere. This is just an honest review to allow others insight into what I experienced.

They promised to deliver the second pair to my house the next day to make things right, but they never showed up due to what they said was a medical emergency. As a result, I had to leave for my business trip without one of the pairs of pants I needed. To make matters worse, the pair they did give me had the pockets sewn completely shut, making them unwearable. Then, when I finally picked up the other pair a week later, one pant leg was noticeably longer than the other. The lack of quality control, communication, and professionalism has been unacceptable from start to finish. This entire experience was stressful and inconvenient, especially while preparing for a work trip. I do not recommend this cleaners. Please run !

When I picked them up, both dresses had been completely botched and the alterations were not done correctly. When I brought the issues to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and offering a reasonable solution, I was told, "Maybe you ate too much." That was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. They acknowledged that their work was not done properly, but then told me there was nothing they could do and to bring the dresses back after my event, where they would maybe be able to fix them. Despite admitting the work was bad, they still expected me to pay the full price. I trusted them with two dresses for an important event, gave them five days, and ended up with two dresses that were both ruined by the alterations. Complete trash experience from start to finish. If you're trusting someone with an important garment, go to an honest, professional dry cleaner that actually stands behind their work and respects their customers. I would absolutely not recommend $1 Cleaners.
