I hate to write this review but first of all, the shop smelled really bad when I walked in. It's smelled like a stinky dog. It was so strong. I even made a comment out loud so the people who work there can hear.... Not sure if they have a dog that's not bathe in a while or old and stinky but it smelled really strong. Second, prices. They are extremely expensive compared to other nearby cleaners. I guess if they fix the stench problem, charge more affordably -- it be best. The staff is nice. No problems there. read more

I have been coming here for years and have always been greeted in a very sweet way. Prices are compatible to everyone else around. Return time is usually around three days but can be sooner if you ask. Plenty of parking. We have never had an issue with any of the clothes that we have had returned to us they have all been pressed perfectly. There was one time when there was a mixup and somebody else got my husband's pants, but eventually it get returned to us. I would highly recommend giving them a chance. Visited this place recently and was a little disappointed with my experience. The woman who works there is nice, however there were a few things to be aware of. I needed one shirt cleaned and pressed. I was quoted $8.50 but that it would take 5 days. When I asked why it would take so long I did not receive an answer back. I'm used to dropping off a shirt elsewhere in the morning and being able to pick up the next day. Just wanted everyone else to be aware incase you need dry cleaning done in a reasonable amount of time Update: In response to the business owners comment, I came in on a Thursday at around 8AM. It was not a Friday. Furthermore, I asked multiple times why it would take so long, with no coherent reason given back. At no time was I ever relayed the information that is now being told now. I ended up dropping off one shirt to give your business a fair chance. For the price, customer service, and lack of communication, I'd prefer to do business elsewhere. Kaye took great care of me for over a decade, always perfect starch, perfect pressing, perfect finishing on my work dress shirts. Then she retired. New owners. Price went up, starch all over sometimes too much sometimes blotchy, creases ironed into cuffs and collars, sleeves never clipped in front. And finally the last straw. I just had the worst experience I would never recommend this cleaners. I took two formal dresses to be altered and I picked them up and the alterations ruined both dresses. They were able to salvage one dress by making it a short dress (not what I wanted) and to top it off, I picked up the dresses on my way to the wedding, and I was supposed to wear it at. They refunded me the cost of the alterations for both dresses and told me to bring back my receipt for the cost of the other dress that I've never even picked up because it was ruined. I finally brought the receipt for the dress and they refused to refund it calling me a liar that it was already refunded. I tried over and over and explained over two visits and was still called a liar. Why would I waste all this time and energy on this? At this point it's not even over the cost of the dress. I am a business owner as well and when I make a mistake, I have to correct it and make it right. To top it off we've been a customer there for years. All over $48 they'll never get my business again. read more

I have been using them on and off for years (20). Last Sat I was suppose to pick up a pants that needed to be hemmed. I got stuck in traffic back in town and called them asking if there is anyway to wait for me as I was 10 minutes away from them, they were about to close at 4:30. I really needed the pants as I had to wear it to church on Sunday. Nevertheless, the owner refused to leave it next door at the nail salon, as I suggested, cause they all know me. Her worry was who is gonna pay me if I do that. ( she have the right to think that way with a new customer! Not a 20 years customer. I offered her double what own if she can wait, she did wait for me the 10 minutes after a long argument, I ended up paying $50 for a $17 hemmed linen pants. The dirty look she gave me when I walked in to pick it up, tells a lot about the bitterness in her soul. I will no longer do business with this cleaner. read more

Dishonest intent. I came in on Tuesday afternoon at 2pm with a flag for my sons dorm, I needed 4 small command hook stickers sewn in each corner. They had done this on two flags the year before. When I said I needed it by Thursday as we were heading there out of town, she complained that it was fast but then said ok. They always have me pay up front for any service but she gave me a slip to pay $6 at pick up. I told her it was more and she said she couldn't find the code and I told her it should be in my history as I have had it done twice. She said she would figure it out later and let me know at pick up. When I went to pick up on Thursday she said they couldn't do it because it's a sticker.. which isn't true, they did it twice before, and she knew that when I brought it in. Then she rudely said, you came for last minute anyway! I said I know but if you cannot do the work be honest, I would have gone to another cleaners that would. It is deceitful and was intentional -Funny it was exactly the $6 charge (just to steam it), never had the intention of doing it at all. read more

I've been coming to this dry cleaners for many years and I've never been disappointed once. They remember you, which I feel is important in any business. That means they value you and appreciate you! I dearly love these two ladies. They always have a smile when they greet you. Also, whatever it is that you need done with clothing! It's done perfectly! They've been doing this long enough to have the know how. My clothing is always pressed and cleaned perfectly, alterations done perfectly, repairs done perfectly! No matter what it is! Dropped off my comforter on a Thursday ticket said it would be ready Monday by 5pm. Showed up on tuesday at 3pm to pick it up they said it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday at 5pm. The total cost of the ticket was $32... they said that the total would only be $30 for the inconvenience. What a joke a dollar for each day it's late. Definitely wont be coming back here read more

You get what you pay for. I've been coming here for a while now and I really think they're the best at dry cleaning/alterations I've ever been too. It's a bit more expensive than some other places, but not by alot. It's not much to pay considering how quick they are. I've gone in with a sports coat that i needed altered and was hoping to wear the next night. I figured she'd tell me that was way too quick (another place had already told me that) but the lady just smiled and "Ok!". In fact I think everytime I've dropped something off she just smiles and says "Ok!". They might not be too fluent with English, but they know their stuff. I took in a nice sweater I had gotten for xmas that I had gotten schmutz all over. One dry cleaner had already charged me $8.50 and the stains were still really visible. This lady charged me $7 and looks like new. Good people, good service. read more
