First off I like many others HATE buying vehicles do to past experiences. That being said, I will buy from VIP again hands down. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 12 months from them. The first a Sonic that fit what was affordable for me at the time, But it was too small. got great customer service from them during and after the sale. No pressure tactics like many places, was left alone to make up my mind, between 5 different vehicles. on one visit after the warranty was expired I took the car back and they fixed an ignition issue and did a walk around and found a bad tire so they replaced both front tires free of charge. to me that is above and beyond, I was willing to pay for the service but the said no It was on them. The second vehicle an Escape to replace the Sonic, Sonic was just to small for the kids. Again no pressure, Easy financing. I stopped in one day at the end of business and decided to think about it overnight, got a call the next morning with finance terms and by the time i showed up, 2 hrs later the financing terms got 2% better from a different lender. All of the staff from owner Kenny to salesmen Joe and Jim to the service guys were extremely friendly and helpful. No questions left unanswered, No buyers remorse over anything. I received a more than fair price for my trade in and an equally fair price for the Escape according to KBB and Edmunds. When I went to pick up the Escape, they had it under their awning and had just freshly detailed it. I dont think it took more than 15 minutes to finalize the deal, as negotiations were done the day before. For both purchases if you remove the test drive time from my visit it took under an hour each visit to purchase both vehicles. Cliff the manager at VIP Auto Sales is the pleasant person ever I met. He showed he cared about me whatever I needed from me. He worked hard to find a bank to approve me for RV trailer loan after a few banks declined me. I thought it was hopeless for me and my fiancée so we decided to move on but next day Cliff texted me that he found a bank would approve me with a few requirements to meet their satisfaction. He was so generous with me by waiving prep charges before the delivery and even offered me new weight distribution and sway bar control at no cost. He even reduced the price for $340 more for my early birthday present. What a guy! Yes my prayers were answered! Another RV dealer said they will charge me for prep before delivery and weight distribution with sway control bar for more money. They wanted me to make $215 monthly payments but with Cliff, I ended up with $163 monthly payments. When I took my travel trailer home, weight distribution hitch was bent. Cliff sent their employees to come over to take the trailer back and corrected it plus installed the electric jack at no charge (I already purchased electric jack). Then they returned it back to my house and trained me how to assemble and disassemble weight distribution with sway control bar. I was a big happy camper. Cliff and his employees are the best. What a great buying experience! We bought a 2012 Brookstone RV from VIP. Ken, the owner is such a pleasure to do business with! I want to share our experience. We bought the RV, brought it home, had it two weeks and then all of a sudden had a problem with one of the slides not working. It was stuck and would not slide back in. We were kind of stranded with the unit in our driveway. My husband contacted Ken on the weekend no less and even though he was out of town, he began assisting us immediately. Come that Monday, he sent the man he uses on a regular basis (a wonderful man also) to Surprise, Arizona where we live to work on the slide for us. I drove 11 hours from Nevada to purchase a Ram truck from VIP. I had found the vehicle on craigslist and right away called VIP to discuss the price and get more pictures since I lived almost 700 miles away. From that point on I could not have a better experience in my 20+ years of buying cars. Kenny the owner and Joe were just extremely helpful from the beginning, they send me any picture I requested from the vehicle, car fax, put the truck on hold for me without a deposit (just trusting that I was going to take the drive there). Kenny also took me to the airport to return my rental car, gave me a choice of sleeping in one of his campers so I could rest before heading home and gave me a follow up call about 6 hours after I left the dealer to check on me and making sure I was good to drive. VIP Auto Sales is a dealership I would NOT refer anyone too. I purchased a 4 door Saturn for my son and a week later the car started to overheat, when I looked under the hood to see were the leak was coming from I noticed a C-clamp on the header manifold. The clamp was used to seal a crack on the header which had JB Weld on the cracked plastic on the manifold. I decided to take the car to my mechanic and he said that I would have to replace the manifold which wasn't a cheap part and the labor alone was just as expensive. I called VIP Auto and spoke with the guy who sold me the vehicle and he said that the car was an auction item and that it was sold as is. I explained to him the situation and he denied that they had put a C-clamp to fix leaking manifold. I asked him if he would at least fix the manifold and we could call it all good. He said no and then hung up on me. well about $1,000.00+ to fix the car and replace the cracked manifold and to resurface the head on the engine plus labor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AS THEY WILL NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAY ESPECIALLY WHEN HE TELLS YOU THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO BRING IT BACK AND WE WILL FIX IT. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!
