My son and his friends had dinner here last night 5/1/26, and while the atmosphere and service were nice, the experience took a bad turn afterward. Shortly after eating, my son became very sick. He ended up vomiting his entire dinner and was sick throughout the night. He's still not feeling well this morning. This was our first time trying this place, and I truly didn't expect our evening to end like this. I'm sharing this so the restaurant is aware and can look into it, because food safety is extremely important. read more

Enjoyed an excellent dinner with friends! Variety of menu options and everything was fantastic. Staff were pleasant and service was great. Will return again soon. read more

This restaurant is AMAZING! The food was some of the best I've had. Our sever was very attentive and had fantastic recommendations for our party. Malone was our food runner and he kept cracking jokes and he had the whole table laughing! The restaurant is beautiful and the live music that started at sunset was so beautiful! The pasticio is what I had and I cannot recommend it enough. read more

I love it here. It's a beautiful restaurant in Mercado. The management is welcoming and the staff is friendly. The food was delicious. My favorite, si far, is the hummus topped with roasted beets, sprinkled with pomegranate and I think pine nuts. The bead that goes with it is rich with rosemary and just yummy. I say go and go often. read more

The ambience is good; the young hostesses are bad; they do not listen. The food is fair, portions are small.

Great service and top notch Greek food in beautiful surroundings, Tasty hummus and great skewers with tender filet. Loved it.

Thank you Anna for a wonderful experience tonight! The dessert was delicious. Your service and conversation were fantastic! read more

Violí Naples - A really yummy dessert! Don't ask me the Grecian name! - Desserts Near Me - Naples, Florida

This is an easy 5 stars for me. The ceviche and the octopus were honestly the best I've had anywhere in Florida -- super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and just done right. You can tell they really care about the food. The staff was awesome too -- friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Can't wait to go back. read more

This place is basically a mini trip to Greece The food was insanely good -- fresh, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. The grilled meatballs were and the appetizers disappeared way too fast. read more

Food, service and outside seating was wonderful. We can't wait to return! The half chicken, eggplant appetizer and salad was delish!

Made a reservation for indoor seating two weeks ago for four, this was last night January 15th, we got there five minutes early for a 6:15 reservation. It was a cold night, about 50 degrees. We were told our table on the patio was available. We said it's freezing outside, and we reserved inside. They said we can give you a heater. I said, great, one person will stay warm and the other three will freeze. Manager Jim basically said take it or leave it. We decided to leave it and vowed never to return. We have never been treated so rudley. I don't care how good the food might be, If you don't treat the customer right, you shouldn't be in business. read more

I went to Violi and it was so good. The space is really pretty! Perfect for a girls dinner or a date night. I sat outside and it was beautiful. You HAVE to order the breads and spreads and the beets and hummus so gooooodddd! Had the octopus and it was delicious!!r. The lamb chops were the best I've ever had. No joke. Everything tasted super fresh, drinks were great, service was fast and attentive, Just an all-around really good dinner spot. Definitely going back. read more

Dined here again last night and everything was perfect. From table, waiter.....Matthew, to food. Violi has definitely hit its stride and is standing out in the dining scene at Mercato. read more

Came before 4p, party of 3 (driving 40 mins through traffic going out of our way to try to give business to this place that we've seen advertised although has only decent reviews). We had high hopes as we love Greek food. The entire huge interior is empty (saw one table seated). A few tables were full outside by the bar. They easily have empty chairs for a couple hundred people. They told us no availability until 8p as they had reservations coming in. Meanwhile nobody is waiting in the lobby and as I sat outside afterwards coming up with Plan B saw no reservations come in to be seated. I call BS on their excuse, actually they appear to be sorely understaffed (or had judgment to us having a young kid with us despite him being perfectly behaved). read more

This is a great addition to the busy Mercato dining scene. We went for a group birthday and had an excellent experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a very nice outdoor terrace if you wish to sit outside. We managed to get a booth which was very comfortable. The atmosphere is buzzy and lively. We went on a Friday night and it was busy. The service was excellent & attentive. Food was decent and, we felt, fairly priced for Naples dining. A great spot for a casual dinner or lunch. Recommended! read more

Overall food was good, went for lunch, I'm assuming dinner is much better. Had the lamb gyro and it was like eating a sloppy Joe rather than a gyro with how the meat was. read more

Great atmosphere and exceptional food!! Very polished service and delicious dessert! At this time ease of reservation should be taken advantage of because when the word of mouth gets around I am sure it will become difficult read more

The food was incredible- we ordered the saganaki and the horiatiki (ie "Greek salad") as well as the pasta with short rib ragu and the roasted chicken. Everything was very carefully prepared, seasoned and served with peak flavor and attention to detail. Truly delicious. As good as food Ive had in Greece. The only possible feedback for improvement that we gave to one of the managers when asked was that the service was a bit slow. I'm attributing that to this being their opening week. The atmosphere is also charming, with pretty faux bougainvillea and nice lighting. read more

We were shopping and wanted to grab a quick bite before heading home at 3 pm. The patio was completely empty except for one table and we were told they were on a reservation only seating. Additionally, instead of handling it nicely the "hostess" was rude. I am sure the food is okay but they definitely need to work on customer service. read more

Absolutely amazing!! I love this place! Great food and phenomenal service. Big shout out to Joe and Kostas the mangers, Tasos the server and Katelyn the bartender. Incredible people operating a top notch notch establishment. Thank you Violi read more

Food, service and atmosphere were amazing. A fun spot with great food. We tried the spanakopita, the meatballs, and both my husband and I had the lamb souvlaki. All was delicious. The highlight was the desserts! We got the bougatsa (flaky pastry and cinnamon ice cream) and loukoumades (warm doughnuts w/dipping sauces). WOW! Loved. Everything was spectacular. Worst experience. We arrived and were seated outside (standard seating was the only reservation option, so I guess it's luck of the draw). As it was a little cold, we asked if we could have one of the many heaters put by our table. We were told there weren't any left, even though there were many tables with 4 heaters around them. When I went back to the front desk, we were told we would have to wait 1-1 1/2 hours for table. Ridiculous service and extremely rude staff. I hope they go out of business based on their service alone. read more

Best Greek food in Naples hands down. Service is great, Tassos had great recommendations, grilled octopus and lamb youvesti were delicious. Beautiful place and great vibe. read more

Beautiful venue! Food and service was on point! Great cocktail and wine selection! Lamb Chops are a must try!

The food is very good. However, the service needs a lot of work. We ordered appetizers and our entrees. The restaurant was very crowded and after about 20 minutes our waiter came over and mentioned that he had put our entrees in as well so we would not have to wait. I asked that we not get both together. He assured us that would not happen. 2 minutes after our appetizers arrived so did our entrees. My question, where was the front of the house manager. On top of this they charged us for a refill of our soft drink. Unacceptable. read more

A must when you're in Naples! I went with a group of friends for the first time and everyone was blown away by the food and the service. The restaurant is so beautifully decorated, it feels like you've just stepped onto a Greek island! We ordered the dips, tuna tartare, charred octopus, branzino, linguine and clams, and the roasted half chicken. Every single item was outstanding! Can't wait to go back again soon! read more

Best restaraunt in Naples. The rock shrimp and feta appetizer is an inspired pairing. The lamb chops are out of this world. And even with the place packed, all servers provide A+ service. Can't recommend highly enough read more

Chilly evening, we were seated indoors. The Lamb Shank was very good. Others in our party enjoyed the Sea Bass. Good.

Seated and waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgment by any wait staff. No water or hello. Felt invisible. Place was not that busy. Told hostess, she said the waitress was on the way. 5 more minutes and nothing. We left and went next door to Taberna. No apologies from staff as we left. They told us they only had 3 wait staff but that's not an excuse for horrible service. Avoid this place, many other options around town read more

The service and the food were terrible. I ordered the Lamb chops and they destroyed them. In fact they sliced through on of them to test the temperature. Amateur hour. There were empty cans that sat on the table for the entire meal. They couldn't even clear the table properly. Go to Estia instead. read more

We just went for our first time. Very attractive renovation interior. We ate outside. Excellent waiter!! The food was all very good. Came out hot. I had the Greek salad - tomatoes, cucumber onions & olives. Excellent. Also had the Moussaka which I loved. My husband ordered the halibut special ( small portion but delish) and we had the side scorched cauliflower which was very good. Wine selection processor bottle were not crazy either. You also have the 1/2 bottle option . No complaints and definitely will return & recommend. read more
